ok so here is my problem .. around 5-6 days ago ? ( cant remember lol! its been a busy week ) I started a "diet" my plan was to walk 15 minutes ( all uphill ) a day and work up to 30 ... quit drinking soda ...and cut my calories to 1200 .... I can't complain because I have lost 4 pounds so far BUT I decided to up my calories to 1400 because I've read that you should leave your self room to drop calories if your weight loss comes to a stall ... the calorie counting is killing me .. the first few days I was going under like crazy ..I just mis-calculated I guess and was so worried about going OVER .... It usually winds up being a total of 600-1000 ( last few days total 850

.... now I cant get in 1200 without feeling as if I'm going to vomit I eat a 150-250 calorie meal and I feel stuffed for hours... I know this is NOT healthy and I fear if my body goes into "starvation mode" I wont lose ANY weight at all or I will gain it back.... maybe this is not the case? I don't really know ..my question is , how can I pack in more calories without making myself "sick full"?? .. I mean obviously I know I could do it but Im trying to do it with healthy foods

.. it would be so much easier if I could just go get a cheeseburger and frys and call it a day
