Default Help?! Calories in a 3.5 oz chicken sausage?

I bought a package of Italian style chicken sausages at the store last night, but they aren't marked as to the calories and I'm having a hard time figuring out what to put into Fit Day. The package says "with broccoli rabe and romano cheese". Anyone have any thoughts? I'll happily add a custom food, and I don't mind guesstimating to a certain degree, but I can't find a good place to start.

Thanks in advance! This one has me totally stumped.

I'd guess around 175 calories, depending on how it was prepared. How odd to not have the nutritional info listed! I thought that was illegal.

I find with raw meat (they aren't pre-cooked) there is rarely a calorie label, probably because it depends how they are cooked. I put them on the Foreman grill though so I wouldn't add any more calories.

Ok, I'm an idiot. I just noticed on the BOTTOM of the package in the trash, the nutrition info is stickered on. About what you said it was, 150 calories. I ended up entering in Fit Day 3 oz ground chicken and .5 oz romano cheese and that also added up about right.
