Nuts of almost any kind. Love them and they are good for me. Worth every calorie.

I take some frozen fresh fruit, like peaches, berries, pineapple, thaw it, and add some fat free cool-whip and some low fat graham cracker crumbles. Fantastic, and MAYBE 3 points if I load up on fruit.....

Oven baked "french fries". Yum!
Sugar free jello and fat free coolwhip = 30 terrific tasting calories
And my new favorite "salad dressing" - tbsp. olive oil, tbsp.balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper = alot of dressing for 130cals. I have never like the fat free or low cal dressing and have been missing my salads.

This sounded delicious...so this morning I mixed some cinnamon in a Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt and mixed it up with diced apples and 1/2 cup of whole grain Total. YUMMY! Yello - thanks for sharing

My grocery store has pumpkin butter with the jellies and I know Trader Joe's carries it as well. My very favorite kind is Stonewall Kitchen Maple Pumpkin Butter. I used to order it online, but I found a speciality grocery store that carries it! It is DIVINE.

Glory, that looks so verrrry fabulous. I checked out some of their other products. Like Maple Vanilla Pear Butter. Wow, I can't believe the calorie count on those things. I can't thank you enough for this unbelievable "find". I'm will definitely be ordering them, a bit pricey though. But it really looks worth it. Thanks again. Oooooh, I'm so excited.

Mine has to be sugar free jello and fat free coolwhip. I also like fat free pudding cups with a tablespoon of the coolwhip. They make it seem like you are eating a much more evil dessert

I like to throw some frozen, unsweetend berries in a blender with a cup of chocolate or vanilla flavored soy milk. Just like a real live milk shake without the calories or saturated fat of ice cream. The soy milk does have "organically evaporated cane juice" - which is still sugar no matter how nicely put - so I don't do it more than once a week but sure satisfies the sweet tooth.

I got a few that I eat almost everyday cuz I can't get enough!

1 glass light vanilla soy milk with 2 tabls SF chocolate syrup (about 100 cals)

1 kashi whole wheat waffle with 1 tabls "smart balance peanut butter with flax oil" and a sliced bannana on top! (bout 260 cals)

Oven baked fries with fresh parmesan on top (130ish cals)

boston cream pie light yogurt (110cal)

chocolate sorbet (120 cal per 1/2 cup)

A serving of light rye Melba snacks and 2 squares of Laughing Cow Light Gourmet Cheese Bites. 74 calories, so crunchy, so creamy and so good!

Sugarfree jelly is pretty good for my sweet after dinner cravings Or strawberries in my oatmeal, sweet and lowcal! Tomato sauce with fresh herbs on pasta is so decadent, yet the sauce is very low in calories if you cook it without cream or oil.

Default some things I really love and dont' feel like diet food.

  1. number one is Wasa sourdough crisps with laughing cow cheese and a little sun dried tomato spread......I feel like I am cheating when I eat these
  2. Carmel apple Mini Popcorn 100 cal bags.... such a nice treat
  3. 2 ingredient muffins - 1 pkg of low sugar cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin. I love these and they taste just like regular muffins without the guilt. Sometimes I add a little raisins or dried cranberries to chg them up a little.
  4. Viola Frozen pasta dinners.. I can't believe how calorie friendly these are on the most part and I feel like I am not dieting at all when eating one of these.
  5. Fiber One peanut bars.........just like a candy bar to me.
