My current summery sweet treat is smoothies: frozen berries, couple slices of banana, Nancy's plain nonfat yogurt, and a shot of Torani SF vanilla. It tastes like a shake to me and even has fiber and calcium!

I made some with fresh cherries this week and they were excellent too.

Current fave savory treat: 2 slices of Wasa multi-grain crispbread spread with a laughing cow lite garlic & herb wedge and some chopped red or yellow peppers. It's only about 150 calories and is sooo tasty and crunchy.

I cannot go a day without my 1/2 cup of sherbet. It's such a refreshing treat and only about 120-130 (depending on the flavor) rather than a heavy flavored ice cream. I also love macerated strawberries with a little splenda.

I'm crazy for the 100 cal packs. I get a different kind every other week. I'm also in love with the ranch flavored mini rice cakes! I always grab a few in a little baggie and put them in my purse to sneak them in to see movies or something.

Lately for dessert we've been having root beer floats! I got the slow churned, no sugar added vanilla ice cream with 90c/half cup. And of course diet root beer so you get a delicious, high volume dessert for only 90 calories!

100 cal pack Grasshopper cookies
Philly Swirl Popsicles (<50cal)
GV Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwiches (about 150 cal)
Skinny Cow Ice Cream Cones- WAY better than the ice cream sanwiches
Fruit Salsa (a rare treat for me due to food allergies.)
Dark, dark chocolate, severely portion controlled.
