I just started reading the book "The Biggest Loser". It seems really good so far. I am hoping that I can share the info. I learn from it with my friends from my TOPS group. In Jan. we are starting a Biggest Loser contest with all the members in my TOPS group. I hope that I can get some of this stubborn fat off my body. I would so love to give myself for my birthday on May 15th a new, smaller me.
Jen, has it helped you out a lot since you read it?
Let me know what Jillian's book is like. I think I might have to purchase that one next.
Well I am off to finish out my workout for the day. I went to Curves this morning, came home and done a Walk and Kick DVD and now I am going to go ride my excerise bike. I decided that I was going to commit to making myself healthier and fitter in 2006. I am a school teacher and let myself go for a while. I was putting everything and everyone else first and stressing myself out in the progress.
