Emma: I guess I didn't understand questions 5 and 6. Are you referring to the journal and exercise threads?

1.) Have you finished the book?
Most of it

2.) Have you started the program and if so, when?
yes, I am on week 3, but will be starting week 3 over again next week

3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning?
Really took a break this week, well it all started 11/01 with eating but still working out. This week has been both not eating good choices and not exercising

4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan?
I have a hard time with the 40-30-30 part because I don't normally figure that out until I journal online at the end of the day. I was sticking to the calories for week 1.

5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why?
I lurk lots but it's hard for me to keep people straight and my copmuter is slow so I don't like to tie up my phone line for very long.

6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why?
I was only posting on questions to Jillian. I read through exercise and diet.

I'm off to workout now

Default Hi Everybody!!

1.) Have you finished the book?
Yes
2.) Have you started the program and if so, when?
No. I'm in the planning mode right now--having a little trouble coming up with ideas for my meals. Plan on starting it very soon!
3.) Have you completed all workouts since beginning?Haven't started yet.
4.) Are you strictly adhering to your own oxidized-based eating plan?I would really like to--I'm a slow oxidizer, but that is where I am getting hung up planning my meals. Calories I'm fine planning, but it's getting the ratios correct that's tricky for me.
5.) If you are already in the threads I put up, but stopped posting, why? N/A
6.) If you haven't started posting in the threads, why?I was waiting to post until I had finished reading the book, and now I have, so I plan on posting from now on!

I'm very excited about starting this, and I really enjoy reading everyone's posts!

Whoops, I was going fast and furious, Jen. Sorry about that! Yes, I was referring to the journal/exercise/check-in threads.

I thought that's what you meant. I hadn't responded on those threads because I hadn't finished the book.

I don't have the book yet. Is there anywhere where I can find the questionnaire about what kind of oxidizer I am until I get it? TIA

Hotgirl, the test is a ton of questions. I haven't seen it anywhere online at all. Just giving you an answer. Sorry it isn't more helpful. I think from the length of the test (it really is long) it's probably not online because of it.

Default New Here!

Hi New here, could you direct to the threads you are speaking about? I have read the book many times/have my own set of written notes in my book! Refer back often!

I haven't been using the exercise plan as of yet, but have already been using a very successful cardio/weight training plan (with help from hubby) for quite a long time--my goal after holidays is to use her plan for exercise to switch up my routine again. I have lengthened my time for cardio formly doing 30-45 min, now do a full hour in addition to my weight training!

I am using the dietary guidelines--I am balanced oxidizer! It has been most helpful, in that I have found I am not "starving" in between meals, satiety is alot longer between meals! I also have learned that I have ton more energy for my workouts.

I am a new poster, fumbling around the boards, not quite sure what is what here! I would love to be a part of an area where people are checking in/weights/exercise and an accountability area! So, any info would be appreciated! I currently weigh in every Tuesday--corrosponding to the BL-
always looking for inspiration, encouragement, to keep running the race!
