Weight Loss History:
I have a long history of weight loss but I've lost over 100 lbs in a little over 2 years with many stops/plateaus along the way. I need to keep myself motivated to continue my weight loss.

My daughter is also a tremendous runner and I would love to run a 5K race with her by the end of 2007. Not to mention my husband and I would love to have another child which I don't want to do until I drop at least 25lbs.
Weight Loss History: Though I have always been super athletic, my weight has also been up and down. I would say my heaviest ever was just after my daughters birth. I was a single mother, very stressed, tired and really started on my path to emotional eating. One day I had my "A-HA" moment where I started to really focus on my weight and took it all off; though I would always have my up and down moments. I met my husband in the spring of 2001 when I was at what I consider my perfect weight. We spent all summer at the beach and I felt great in a bikini. We ended up getting married in the bahamas the winter of 2002 where I have pictures of me in a fabulous strapless wedding dress, and wearing a bikini on the beach.....I felt and looked great. Based on my wedding dress measurements I know my waist measured 28.5 inches and I weighed 155lbs. Once we got home from the honeymoon it has been a 4 year and one child gradual process to my weight now. We had a lot of struggles conceiving our son and I know the 2 year emotional rollercoaster did a number of me in terms of emotional eating. I hate the way I feel and am so angry at myself for feeling this way and allowing myself to get to this point. My husband and I are going on vacation in February and I want to have a great time and not worry about how I look. We have also been putting off having another child because I wanted to wait until my weight was under control - I have been saying that since February and I don't want to wait much longer. So my goal om 2007 is to drop this weight, run a 5K with my daughter and become a new mom again.

Why Do I Want to Lose: Because I am Type 2 Diabetic, and I am tired of being fat, having no energy and having to shop in the Plus sized section.
Weight Loss History: I was always thin and healthy until the birth of my second child in 1993. I had post-pardem depression, and have been sufering from Chronic depression everysince. I am an emotional eater and when depressed I have no motivation to get up and move, thus making me overweight and very unhealthy. I am sick of it and long to be my thin and healty self again. I hope that by my birthday in April, I will be halfway there.

Why Do I Want to Lose: I have been stuck here for a while and want to get to the maintance stage of my journey.
Weight Lose History: I started this at 207.5 about a year and a half ago. I have dieted many times in my past but this is the first time I finally got it that this is not a diet this is how I have to live. I am aiming to be about 125-130. I joined 3FC this year and love it. I find so much inspiration and advice here. I look forward to sharing my journey with everyone and hearing all of yours.

I am a yo-yo person. If I become less active even watching my diet the weight creeps on since the birth of my first child. I have tried WW 3 times, Richard Simmons, Suzanne Somers, Lowcar, lowfat, slimfast, fat smash. They all worked but when I stop exercising I gain like crazy.

Why I want to loose: I decided shortly after my 50th birthday that I needed to drop the weight for a healthier, happier me. Both of my parents died in their 50's from heart problems, I want to be around much longer than that to enjoy my grandkids. I already feel much better than I did with the 60+ pounds I've lost and I want to keep it up. I do have a one week vacation planned in January and I hope by joining this challenge, it will help me get back on track as soon as I get back home. I've been over weight most of my life, I've done my share of yo-yo dieting, the most I've ever lost is 70 pounds. I joined WW a year before my son's wedding and was 70 pounds lighter when I bought my dress for the big event. That was the end of my loosing weight, could not loose anymore after that. In five years I've gained it all back, rejoined WW 10 pounds heavier than the first time. This time I joined for me. not for any other reason than I want to look and feel better and be healthier, hopefully for a longer life than my parents had.
