There you are andrea...I thought we lost ya!! I'm glad to see you back!! You are being very realistic with your goals and i bet if you just stick to your guns you'll get farther than you think!

I had another bad day today, I'mnot expecting the scale to show me good things this friday.....I need to turn that around! Have a great night purple team, I'd sure love to hear from you!!

Nope, the purple team did not lose me Melissa If I give up on the purple team that means I have given up on myself and I cannot let that happen. It has just been super hectic around here, and now with my horrible flu or cold that I have my body has zero energy. I have not been active at all this week because this virus has made my body feel as though I have hit a brick wall. The kiddies are all sick as well, so I have been up a lot in the last two day caring for them, so lack of sleep is another issue I am dealing with. I have very little appetite as well because i constantly feel nauseous (sp?). I sit at the dinner table with the family, take 2 bites and cannot take another bite. Lots of liquids though will hopefully bring this thing to an end.

It's good that you acknowledge your bad days Melissa because I find when I do that is gives me more motivation and the nudge I need to get back on track. Just put those bad days behind you and move on with a positive attitude I should be one to talk, did you see my big weight gain over the Halloween/TOM week?

How are your feeling Bev? Hang in there and give your scale a big kick for not cooperating lol

With my eating habits and my mentality this week I have no clue how this happened but instead of a gain I go a loss of .2, which is hardly anything but seriously if you knew the things I've eaten this week you'd be just as shocked as me!

C'mon purple team...where are you!! We need you!! I'll do the last 2 weeks tallies this weekend!

HI purple team - sorry I've been a bit missing in action latley = I've had some personal troubles. We've been trying to get preagnet for well over a year now, this past cycle (last week) I thought I finally was, I was a week late on my period. THat doesn't sound like such a big deal, but the only other time I've ever been that late was when I was preagnet with my daughter!! anyway I turned out not to be pregnet AGAIN!! And at the same time found out that my sister-in-law was preagnet and I gave in to some major comfort eating - I mean major and completly stoped my exercise - SO I"m currently back up to 248 - I'm so depressed - I'm sorry I promise to get back on track and kick it up next week!

I am so sorry Evie If you need somebody to vent to please pm me. Honestly, I know exactly how you feel 100% right down to the Sister getting pregnant first. My husband I had literally worked 18 months on getting pregnant with our son. After 18 months, tons of fertility tests for both of us, 4 rounds of chlomid, months of taking my temperature and charting....I came to find out my sister was pregnant with her 3rd child. Needless to say I was super depressed; she was even scared to tell me due to what my husband and I had gone through. It was actually my husband who broke the news to me since he knew how to handle the situation. Well, not long after we finally became pregnant and our son 3 months later. It happened for us the one month we took off from everything...no chlomid, no temperature, no charting or obessesing about it. Funny enough we got pregnant of my husbands birthday and I got my positive blood results on my 30th birthday....it was awesome. So I know being one week late is super exciting, yet stressful. Please take it easy and relax because I am sure your time will come again. Again PM me if you need to talk or vent.

Woo Hoo Melissa .2 is still -.2lbs right and it's in the right direction. Keep up the great work.

Well I had my weigh in today and I am surprisingly 1lb down from last week, but still 2lbs up from 2 weeks ago I am on track now because 3 months from today we leave for our vacation. So 3 months give me enough time right?????? I would be so happy with 25lbs....Honestly, do you think that is realistic?

Thakyou, so much Andrea, Its nice to have some one who understands. My daughter I got pregnant for white taking birth control (she was completly unexpected) so I just never thought I would be in this situation. I try to tell my self that no matter what happens I still have my beautifull little girl and thats enough - but I so want another child! Anyway the doctors have told me that loosing weight can definetly aid in fertility, (I weighed about 50# less when I got pregnant for Evie) so that really should give me inspiration to work at it!!!

Eviesmommy you are doing GREAT!! You were our teams biggest loser last week!! Way to go! I'm so sorry to hear all you are going through right now. The best thing you can do is get that body healthy. Are you on hormone treatments? When does the next round start? I'll be praying for you and throwing lots of babydust your way!

Andrea....25 lbs in 3 months would take some serious work! Put your mind to it and come as close (if not meeting it) to that goal as you possible can!! You can do it!! Make every choice about reaching that goal, everytime you want to slip, just think of what it would mean to reaching that goal!!

I've had a couple of really great days, I even really picked up that exercise going for 2 1/2 hours yesterday!! I'm so sore today though! LOL!! Should be a good week for me though!!! I hope to be the biggest loser at least once! LOL!!

P.S. I posted week 3 and week 4 totals.

Wow, I was super surprised when I stood on the scale this morning and saw a 4lb weigh loss I actually got off and stood on it again 3 more times to make sure the scale was working. This week I was active everyday working out, DH even brough the eliptical upstairs from the basement for me in order to help motivate me to use it. Last night we watched survivor and I stayed on it the whole time. If I don't have a loss next week I will completely understand since this week was a big one. Though I am not giving up and still looking to loose at least 1 lb. I still have 14lbs to go until I hit my February 9th goal day and I really think it is possible, so I am not giving up. This morning I took some measurements I have have actually lost some inches as well. I am super psyched and love seeing the change.

How is everybody else feeling this morning?

WOOOHOOO Andrea!!! what an awesome week you had!!! Way to go!! Girl you are just shrinking away and so close to goal!!! Excellent job on that workout last night, I should have done the same but I watched from my couch! LOL...well actually I was studying at the same time. Keep up the GREAT work!!

I was down 1 lb this week, not too bad considering we had pizza last night, AF is lurking plus I started exercising. So I'm good with it!! We'll see what the next WI brings, I'm moving mine to Thursday next week, why fight turkey day right? LOL!!

Have a fantastic weekend purple!!

So I had a horrible weekend, and I am so frutrated at myself. I did not get active and ate a lot of chocolate. I stood on the scale this morning and it say 188lbs which to be honest I think is impossible because I certainly did not eat enough to gain 4lbs in 2 days. My thought is possible water retention since I ate more salty stuff than usual on the weekend, because I was bad but not 4lbs bad...lol. Well it's monday morning and I will just stick to it and make sure not to gain this week.

Just some bloating and water weight! Drink that water! I'm so glad that you are smart enough to realize its not possible to gain 4 lbs in 2 days! How many times have we seen ourselves beat ourselves up over something just just isnt physically possible!! couple days of clean eating and you'll be golden again!!

Keep up the great work!!
