Pretty close Lori, I am in Burlington.

So my weekend was touch and go which I am super angry at myself for. I was doing great until Saturday night and Sunday rolled around. Saturday we had a few people over and I had a couple of beers, but Sunday was a killer We are a big football family and we had the same people over watching the games, which included pizza and wings. I had 3 slices of pizza and 3 wings That is alot for me considering even prior to dieting 2 slices was my limit. Needless to say I am spending all week making up for that because I have promised myself at least a 1lb weight loss. I did not eat much for the rest of the day since even at bedtime the pizza had still not digested and I ate it at 2:30.......I guess my system was in a bit of a shock.

Well here is to a good start to the week!

How is everybody doing? Did I miss our losses for last week?

Good Tuesday Morning Purple!! I'm so glad the weekend is over LOL!! I had a great day yesterday with very little effort. Why is it just so easy during the week. At least the week is longer so i can have 5 good days and 2 not so good and not the other way around LOL!!

Andrea...no negative self talk about the weekend! Just pick up, dust off and keep on moving! You can do it!

I think we did lose some of our team. Where are you purple team!!?

Well I've got an exam to study for! Have a fantastic tuesday!!

Good Wednesday Purple team!! Yesterday was my 14th anniversary and we went out to dinner. I didnt to too bad. Skipped the cocktails which is a huge victory for me. but probably had too many bites. Plus I had the bread w/ butter. AF is circling the building which leads me to believe there may be no scale moving this week but I'll deal! LOL!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week! Be strong for you and for your team!! We can do this!!!

Purple Team come out come out wherever you are!!! Well AF showed up last night so the scale only went down .2, but hey....its still in the right direction. I need to get more focused this week and make next weeks WI a big one!! I can do it!!

Week 1's biggest loser was Tracynoelle23 with 2 lbs lost -1.11%
Week 2's biggest loser was ACharron with 3 lbs lost -1.58%

Week 1 purple teams totals 6.5 lbs lost -.65%
Week 2 purple teams totals 5.7 lbs lost -.57%

Way to go purple team!!

Alright Purple team! Somehow I managed to take off another 1.6 lbs this week! Seriously with my lousy choices all week I have no idea how I did that! But I did!! And I got on the elliptical yesterday, it was only for 15 minutes but it was still 15 minutes!!!

Have a fantastic day everyone!! I plan on making next week the best yet!

Green team is kicking butt with those lbs lost!! That is awesome!! Way to go green team!! I'm confident the purple team can pick it up though!! Cant we purple!!

I had an awful weekend, I need to REALLY kick it into high gear this week to make up for it.

Bev...there could be any numbers for the scale issues. I'd love to help, let me know where I can!

Hello ladies and I am soooo sorry I was missing in action. My computer seems to have a mind of its own lately and I had to take it in to get fixed. Thank goodness I did not lose any of my pictures, but it has taught me I need to get them on disk before it's too late. Then for the last week the family has been so sick. One at a time we have all got some sort of flu bug which seems to be tailing off now with only a horrible cough left. My daughter is actually home from school because she has a slight fever this morning.

Well as for the weight loss, I am really disappointed in myself. Halloween really showed me how little self control I really have. I sat down last night and really thought to myself "What the **** are you doing to yourself?". It seems so easy to say to yourself "no don't eat it, it's soooo bad for you" but then I pick it up and shove it in my mouth

I just wanted to check in and let you know I have not given up and I am in this for the long haul. Mind you, I have to be realistic with myself so I changed my goal weight for now. Long term I do want to be 155lbs, but for my February 9th weight I would like to be 170lbs. We leave for our vacation on the 10th, and as much as i would LOVE to be 160lbs for that I need to set realistic goals so I don't set myself up for failure. Slow and steady stays away right? Hey and if I am below 170lbs, I would be estatic!!!!!!!
