How to post your weigh ins
OK, ladies to end all of the confusion, this is how weekly weigh in is going to work.
Starting weight (or week 1) will run from 9/17- 9/23. All starting weights are due by this Saturday night, September 23rd. Week 2 will run from Sunday, September 24th - Saturday, September 30th, again all weights are due on Saturday night. We will tally how much weight each team lost and post it on Sunday, October 1st. This will continue each week. We know everyone has a different weigh in day, so just post whenever you weigh in. Please remember to post only in your team's stats thread. And also please feel free to talk in the Chat Thread. Hi Ladies from the red team! I hope youre all having a good week so far.My first week went ok,except for major headaches from dieting more than usual.But im keeping my mind focused.Ive tried Pilates,I could only get thru 10 min lastweek,that was down right horrible.I cant believe I let myself go so badly!! YUK But the positive side is as of yesterday I graduated to 25 minutes.Woohoo.I WILL make it thru the entire 50 minutes! Good LUCK LADIES!!:hug: :carrot:

When I first posted I posted the wrong starting weight. I was at 318 I am now 310...either way I do have a loss this week for the Red team...goooo girls. Leslie~ WOW an 8 lbs loss, that's FANTASTIC!!! Are you just starting?? I know my first week on WW I lost 5 1/2 lbs, but now it's 1.5 a week. Nice start but please keep healthy. I know we want to lose a lot fast, but around 2 lbs is what they say. I'm sure you knew that anyway. WTG GIRL!!!!! |
Happy weighin day!!!:carrot: Well this morning I was doing the step on/try again dance with my @#*!! scale. It kept giving me different weights EVERYTIME!!! grrrr , so I am splitting the difference from a 1 lb loss and a 3 lb loss and claiming a 2 lb loss!!! maybe I just need some new batteries...:dizzy: RED TEAM IS OFF TO A FANTASTIC START!!!
