Week 2 (9/24- 9/30) -sorry guys i REALLY flubbed up, i gained 4 pounds putting me at 179, i am really sorry, i promise i am going to step up my game this week and really lose some pounds, sorry...
Week 3 (10/1- 10/7) -weighed in tonight at 176!!!! 3 pounds down from my big 4 pound gain yey!
Week 4 (10/8- 10/14) -ok team are ready for this! 3 pound loss!!! whoo hoo i now weigh 173!!! not bad, not bad at all!!!
Week 5 (10/15- 10/21) -no loss!

Hi Ladies from the red team! I hope youre all having a good week so far.My first week went ok,except for major headaches from dieting more than usual.But im keeping my mind focused.Ive tried Pilates,I could only get thru 10 min lastweek,that was down right horrible.I cant believe I let myself go so badly!! YUK But the positive side is as of yesterday I graduated to 25 minutes.Woohoo.I WILL make it thru the entire 50 minutes! Good LUCK LADIES!!:hug: :carrot:
