Sorry I was +1 lb this week, but TOM is coming....blech! I have been excercising and sticking to OP foods. Look out next week!! We are going away for holidays and won't be back until Friday 13th...(woooo spooky) but I'm planning on bringing my workout stuff to the hotel and getting some excercise in. Sorry red team, it started off another bad week. I did pull myself up and start exercising again, but I guess for this week anyways, it was a lil' too little yanno? I hope it's better next week.

I've just been updating my original post... hope that's what I am supposed to do? 5lbs total so far. Nice Pace for me... this next week might be slow though.
