Not the best week for me. I have been doing well with my diet but I haven't been exercising. I do lots of walking while I am at my clinical site, but I still am up a pound this week. I know I have to workout but I don't know when I can do it. I have to get up at 4:30, and then I am beat by the time I get home. I am just going to have to make myself do it as soon as I get home.
Shan - Great job bringing those numbers down! That is awesome!
Montecristo - That's good that you are being smart with your exercise in regards to your back. Glad it's feeling a bit better.
Riddy - Good for you for doing the couch to 5K! It's a great program, you can do it
