So I'm not sore anymore and I worked my butt off last night doing Insanity and c25K and I'm not sore! I hate when I'm not sore because it feels like I didn't do anything yet I sweated my butt off lastnight.

I know how you feel Miz!

I hi the treadmill at lunch. Who knew that 30 minutes on a treadmill would make me feel better inside and out? I ended up making a blog post about it. I am beginning to lose my treadmill time!

I hope everyone's been so quiet because we're all working out and burning that flab! I hit the pool for two hours this evening followed by 30 Day Shred Day 4!

Hi everyone, sorry i have been MIA but.. my dad came from lousiana to visit me and his granddaughter and we have just been on the go go go im a lil scared of what the scale is going to say though.. we have been eating out a lot and my fiance started a new school schedule so me and baby have been tired and off all week. plus to make it even worse it has been TOM lol.. now that daddy has gone back to LA i can get back into my routine again. hope everyone is doing great and making each day count

Good morning ladies. I'm back up to 160 this morning, but my stomache looked so toned a bit which has made me happy. I think Insanity and the Running is doing well for me. Today is my Friday even though it's only Thursday, Canada Day tomorrow so holiday woot!

Lucky you Miz! My mo's off tomorrow as well. Her company is headquartered in Canada so they get all the Canadian holidays off even though her office is in the USA. Lucky!

Just finished level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and it pretty much killed me. But my exercise has been much better for the last 2 days. I hope it is enough to get me a good weigh in on Sunday fingers crossed. I also bought a digital food scale so my calories counting will be more accurate although I was doing a pretty good job.

Great job Rated! I am so proud of you! I didn't do the Shred last night. I had a horrible sinus headache. I took meds for it and went to bed. I feel much better today though!

I hope everyone is having a great week. I am currently traveling again but will still be here for Sunday's weigh in.

Courtney-Glad to hear you are feeling better today. Nothing helps me better with headaches then some extra water.

Rated- I'm impressed with you ladies doing shred. I think I'm going to have to start some sort of side challenge for this.

Anyone want to start the program with me?

Here it is Saturday morning and I am just now finally getting into chat. I don't even have an excuse cause I sat here watching last season's biggest loser episodes online a few times this week, haha. The week just sort of flew by for me, but I got some of my favorite type of exercise last night and went diving. My weight seems to be consistently dropping. Its only by a couple tenths of a pound every day, but it is moving consistently in the right direction so I will take it. I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. I haven't read all the posts yet since I just wanted to say hello before my kids wake up, but I hope you are all doing fabulously. Now back to reading
