Good morning Blue!

Mary- I'd be upset too! It was their error, they should have squeezed you in before seeing all the other patients. Hope you get to feeling better.

Cat-

me4life-

JackieH-6.6lbs is an amazing number! Keep up the hard work.

Happy Tuesday blue team!!! Sorry I wasn't around much yesterday. I had a really bad (emotion-wise) day and couldn't seem to get myself off the couch. I'm determined not to let it continue another day tho!!! So I'm up, and already started exercising this morning.

HOpe everyone is having a really great day!!!

I am doing terribly. Took a freebie this week. Getting quite disheartened, but trying my hardest to stick to my plan.

Mary, I'm sorry about you mixup at the doctor's office. People are all human and all humans make mistakes. What do you when the doctor has an emergency and you have to wait?

The good: I hit the 25# lost milestone this morning.

The bad: My body is trying to be sick. I've got some nasty bronchitis/respiratory thing attempting to take hold. And I couldn't go for a run this morning. My lungs feel so crappy and I knew the damp cold air would just be unbearable. Blerg.

Hope everyone is having a happy skinny Tuesday!

Congrats on the 25 lbs. That's awesome!

I have the same thing attempting to take hold on me the last two days. Today is worse than yesterday. Had some Theraflu last night which helped me sleep better, but didn't help me feel better. Hope you/we feel better soon.

Ended up coming home a 1/2 day today. Just can't get warm or stop shaking.

Rochester-Congrats do you!!! You are doing great!!!

Jackie-they say exercise is the best thing for feeling depressed or blue. Hope today is a better day for you!

dayone-have you evaluated your plan. Maybe it's time to change it up a bit...sometimes what was working before stops working or isn't feasible anymore. Don't give up...losing 13 lbs is a big accomplishment. (((hugs)))

Quilt-Don't know never been in that situation but I was so sick yesterday I felt like I was going to pass out so I think maybe the doc should take me (being a paying customer) into consideration too. They could have easily fixed the mistake by seeing me according to my appt time and seeing the people with later appts after me. But they chose not to do that so I won't be patronizing that doctors office again

Hello again everyone!!! Hope your day is great. I worked out for 1hr 50 min today and feel great (if not a bit like a limp noodle). I am hoping to elliptical tonight during TBL show. I'm so glad the depression is gone. I hate feeling that way.

Mary... I would be upset too!! Doesn't seem like YOU should have to pay for their mistake. I definitely should have gotten up and exercised yesterday. I'm sure it would have helped. I've done so today and feeling MUCH better.

Rochester.. CONGRATS on a great milestone!!! That's awesome. I hope you get to feeling better really quickly.

MamaP.. I hate to hear you are sick also. Hoping your body perks up really quickly.

dayone.. <hugs> Just take each day as they come... don't look at the future or the past. Make each moment's decision, and focus only on that. You CAN do it!!! Don't get disheartened.

lolcat.. CONGRATS on not emotional eating. That can be such a slippery slope. I am looking forward to a three-peat victory myself!!

me4life.. Hope you are having a great day at work!

The good = AWESOME! Congrats!
The bad = total suckage. I do hope that it doesn't take hold. I am now at more than a month of the virus that started as an upper respiratory thing and turned into bronchitis. Feel better soon.

*****

Bigmid- Congrats for being Biggest Loser of the week!

I only lost 1 lb last week and just cannot get into a groove, but I ABSOLUTELY need too, because my trip is in 1 month!!!!

Spent an hour at the gym tonight with my son, the MMA fighter, getting put through a workout. He used to work as a personal trainer and can be pretty brutal. He said he took it easy on me cause I'm his mom. I'm hoping I can get out of bed tomorrow and hoping I'll be able to move my arms. According to my GWF I burned 400 calories in that hour. Pretty good.

Gonna drink my Theraflu and head to bed. I hope the other "sickies" feel better soon. Keep up the good work team!

MamaP.. how AWESOME that your son is helping to train you!! I love when families really encourage and help each other.

Jennie.. Just invision yourself in a super nice outfit that you'd love to wear for your trip!! What can we do to help you?

Hey I've got another QOTW...

What is the one activity you look forward to the MOST when you hit goal? Do you have a special reward planned?

Mine is skydiving. I want to go so bad but refuse to have anyone strapped to my back until I'm more comfortable with my size. Once I hit 156 (I know that's not "ideal" but it's my goal weight for nwo), then I'm jumpin out of that plane!

Shopping! I have been putting off buying new clothes until I do.I have given away all of my bigger sizes to charity,so my closet is limited(that has also helped with gaining any weight back as I would have nothing to wear)

No special reward yet,but I should.I think I would finally reach my goal if I did.

Sending get well wishes to all the sickies!

My boss forced me to take a half day off day today. I never take sick days. A cup of tea and a nap sound marvelous though. I don't even want to think about what these days of illness are doing to my weight loss, though. I am freakin' starving but I can't breathe well enough to exercise. NOT a good combo!

@Jackie - Skydiving is an awesome goal! I have a friend who did it this summer and loved it.
