Hi everyone Happy Sunday.....don't forget to weigh in by tonight. I have been inputting the numbers of everyone who has weighed in so far. For the last 2 weeks I have had pretty good losses and thought I might make the BL list......but you gals are really kicking some @#@ as there are some awesome losses being reported. WTG Blue Team.
I posted a loss of 1.8 for today (not the 3 I was hoping for

) but that puts me at 6.6 for July so I'll take it.
ars - WooHoo!!!!! on the 2.6

and an even better result of liking what you see in the picture. That one is always tough for me too. So Congrats.
dayoneagain - staying the same for a week is not bad as long as you had some fun along the way.....that's what life is all about.
abreezies - I hope you have a great time at camp that's an awesome thing you are doing. It should be some fun and hopefully you get some nice weather as well. I'm glad your breathing problem has gotten better. Have a great week we'll hear from you soon.
JessicaDawn - I think everyone goes through the stage of I'm bored with this or what is the point....(I have gone through serveral of these) don't worry your not alone in this. The others are right maybe just changing one or two things in your routine may spice things up for you again. I think you have done great for the challange so far as you are averaging the very healthy 2lbs per week

WTG. Life is busy at one point or another for everyone so make sure to do what you need to in order to take care of yourself and if that means cutting back on the exercise for now than that's what you do. If you are eating healthy (and it sounds like you are) the weight will still come off. It seems like the weeks I don't exercise as much the weight even comes off faster......go figure. Make sure to take some time to do some fun things for yourself as well. Sorry that you were sick it could have just been a bug. I hope you feel better soon.
gardenerjoy - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! 3.5lbs

Good for you for the veggie laden breakfasts and the exercise
Nancy - I think you did a typo.....it was actually a 2.6lb loss

Congratulations that's awesome.....180's here you come. How is the new toy did you figure it out yet. Did you burn yesterday.....my back is a little tender today.
OrganizedChaos - Once in a while the gains will come even if we do all the right things. This is just part of the journey.....I'm glad you are not giving up and that you are seeing a loss once again. WTG on the 5k that's awesome that you can really see an improvement in your running time. The park sounds nice and it's great that the have markers so you know how far you are going at each interval. Keep up the great work
babygrant - That sucks......skunk smell is so hard to get out. I hope your poor dog has some fur left once you are done washing her so many times. Good luck getting out the smell. WTG for being on track.
Sunnigummi - Yeah!!!!!for the walk and for not getting lost

MMMMMMMMMMcheese puffs.....I would never have asked the question how as I know how......one handful at a time...LOL at least that's how I would have done it. Now I want cheese puffs
Well yesterday I did week 2 of the C25K (been doing week 1 for a couple weeks now) and I did it

the last interval was hard and I probably could have walked faster but I still ran. I really seem to enjoy the running now if only my knee enjoyed it.
Mercy - Where are you we miss you.
Hello to the rest of the blue team and remember in order to make BL you must post at least once a week.
I'll be back later once cut off for weigh in is over. Have a geat night everyone.
