BlueEyes one thing about falling off plan is admitting it and then stopping and getting right back OP of which it sounds like you are doing that
I am trying to stay healthy as well as diabetes runs in both sides of my family and I sure don't want to have to deal with that

Tarapet isn't that the truth about all the good food be soing bad for us but you will have that talk with yourself as well and be right back OP

Tomorrow is Friday so the weekend is almost here thank goodness - I have a very busy/stressful job not complaining I actually really love my job and can handle the stress but I do look forward to my weekends Hope everyone enjoys theirs as well

TGIF, well almost.

Hope everyone has a great Friday. I went to the pool fitness class tonight. It really helped loosen up my leg muscles. On the down side, I fainted as I was leaving the gym. I'm not sure what's wrong with my body. I'm up in lbs this week even though I've been on my diet exactly, and working out well. The light headedness is starting to get old. I'm thinking about going to see the doctor while I'm here in the states. None of this happened to me until I came back to the states.

Anyways, hope everyone has a great one!

I tried something new today-group cycling. It was tough. I gave it my best effort but I don't know if this is something I can enjoy doing or not. I will probably try it again next week and see how I feel about it then. I am going out to eat tonight which I think may end up disaster for the diet. My daughter works at a tapas place but I have been avoiding it due to the high calorie menu but before I know it DD will be back at college so if I am going to stop in and see her at work I need to go now. I will try to be good.

Monte-I know how you feel. It is no fun when the weight is not coming off. Just keep trying. Never give up!

shan-Sorry to hear about the fainting. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon. It always helps to have a professional doctor's opinion.

ChopperChick-hope you are enjoying some nice down time!

Morning Ladies,

I missed my step class this morning because I had a hangover! (It doesn't take much for me to feel bad the next day.) We had a great time at the tapas place. One good thing about it is the serving sizes are not very big. We ate some heavy duty dishes. It actually would have been quite doable to eat low calorie dishes but we wanted some of the "favorites". Next time though I will be better. We stayed for part of the dueling piano show. It was pretty funny but around 10 I felt we should give up our table for the serious party people waiting in the bar.

Chopperchick-Well at least you must sleep well at night. Have a great time at the car racing events. Enjoy the adrenaline!

Hi ladies. Just stopping by to say I hope everyone has a great Saturday. I'm heading to the gym soon for my classes today. Going to hit the pool fitness class and the zumba class this morning. Then tonight I'm going to the casino to play bingo. Tomorrow is my birthday! Woohoo! On the downside, I have to take a freebie this week. I don't know if I gained muscle or if I gained because I started my birth control pills again but I'm up a lot this week despite staying on my diet and working out a lot. Sorry team.

Happy Birthday Shan! Have a wonderful day.
I'm gearing up for work and am contemplating riding my bike to work! Went on my first bike ride yesterday in I'm not sure how long (I'm guessing ~10 years, since my oldest is 10)- yikes. I'll let you know how it goes.
Looking forward to working the day shift the next 2 weeks as the kids have camp! Yipee.
Have a great Sunday all.

ETA-huge NSV, survived the bike ride to & from work! ~12k (7.2 miles) round trip
