I showed another 2.4 lb loss this morning from yesterday! A day too late for weigh in though, hehe. Yesterday I was on plan all day, and did my exercises. Woke up this morning and the sun is FINALLY shining! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Its been so rainy and blah for the past few days, but Im so happy to see the sun!

Hey everyone!! I hope everyone had a great holiday! I have been doing okay.. last week wasn't the greatest as far as on plan.. was too hectic, but am back on track and at least I didn't gain lol
I really hope this week is a success... I have to work out a steady exercise schedule, the running is going really well although I haven't been out since Wednesday so I am missing it... I need to add back in my strength training, it has been way too long and I am missing it alot as well.. so that is my next step.. work out a schedule for exercise!

Did you all see on the weigh in that I got a new scale and dang thing added some lbs! But I hafta just switch to what it says. Anyone else had that happen, where you hadda accept a new weight because of a new scale. Whaaaa!!!! No fair.

Hi everyone had a pretty good day today did 2 workouts and 5 loads of laundry. Back to work tomorrow with lots waiting for me there.

i'm back from vacation and don't want to think how many calories i actually ate. but i'm back at the y today for a long workout since i have to work for the next 3 days. its been chaos here, trying to clean this place up in between work and vacation and pipes breaking in the basement. fun. fun. but the cherry festival was fun (and crowded) especially the air show.
