I guess I'll start things off. I'm Kirsten, 34, from Cleveland, Ohio. I am using a Go Wear Fit along with calorie counting on the Lose It! app on my ipod. I am down 31# so far since starting January 1st. I have hit a plateau for the past 5 weeks so I have upped my exercise to get things moving.

Hi. My name is Khristy a/k/a Khrungy, 36 from Upstate NY... I am pretty much calorie counting and keeping a loose eye on my carb intake. I've been "behaving" myself for a little over 2 weeks now. Never been a small gal, but I am just plain tired of being tired. Looking forward to losing with all of you! Go BLUE.
My name is Liz, and I am originally from Chicago but now live in Orlando Fl.I am 48. happily divorced and taking care of my 83yr old mother.
I have lost 20 pounds and only 13 pounds away from my goal weight, but I seem to have hit a plateau as I have lost and regained 50 pounds in the last year, never straying past 145, but never below 138
I am a Jillian Michaels devotee and general health nut, so if you need any answers on exercise or nutrition, I'll probably have an answer for you, or if you are in need of support I'll be there too.
Hi my name is Jacky and I will be your leader this time around for the challange. I have a vacation planned towards the beginning of the challange and will come back on tomorrow and explain how things will work while I'm gone.
This is my 3rd challange and I lost 26 on my first one and 20 on the second. I hope to lose another 15 - 20 on this one. I have a total of 25 to my goal but if I feel good I will try for more.
I can't wait to get to know all of the newbies on here (please don't be afraid to speak up) we are all in the same boat and this is a great place for support. I am also looking forward to continue this challange with all the returning blue team members. You are all a great inspiration.

Good Monday Morning! I am Mary Ann, age 46. I participated in the last challenge, lost 12 pounds but have gained 9 back due to dealing with an injured foot. Hope to start exercising regularly this week. I am using Weight Watchers, counting points, and a combination of Chalean Extreme and P90X for exercise. I plan to run a 5K in August! (I am not a runner!) Looking forward to using this challenge to lose this last 15 pounds, goal weight of

Morning Everyone... I am so pleased to meet all of our new team members! You will have lots of fun here...
I am Angela.. I am the previous Blue Team Leader, I have stepped down this time around though due to the death of my boyfriend early in May. He fought an 8 year battle with cancer and past away at the age of 37. Because of this I did not feel as though I can give 100% to leading a team and I am so excited that Jacky has taken over.. she is incredible! I know she is going to lead us all through a successful challenge
I have been not been around the past few weeks and I am struggling.. in all areas of my life..but today is a new day and since the weight has been creeping back on steadily and I have not been taking care of myself.. that changes today.. meal plan back on track, exercise plan back on track.. I am hoping returning to running with be cathardic and help me deal with the state my heart is in.. I really need you girls more then ever and am so thankful to God for each one of you!!

Hey everyone,
My name is Angela and I'm from BC Canada. I was on the blue team last challenge (GOOOOOOOOOO BLUE!) and look forward to catching up with past team mates and meeting all the new ones.
My plan is to use Food Addicts Anonymous plan. I am a binger. I used to purge as well but gave that up when I had kids (hubby found out and promised him I would quit). Hense the reason I've gained 70 pounds.
Angela - I am so sorry to hear about your boyfriend. I knew he was very unwell but I didn't realize he passed away

My name is Cynthia and I'm 49, 2 children, and married 28 years. I'm doing the Metabolic Research Center on my own. I have PCOs with the dreaded metabolic syndrome that often goes with it. I am exercising by doing 1 mile interval training with other stuff to mix it up and weight training. Looking foreward to start day.

Mercy - glad to see you!! How are you doing?
I'm hanging in there, getting back on track.Glad that you have come back to join us, another exercise partner!
My name`s Nancy, I`m 32 and this is my first time doing the challenge. Jacky(bidmid) is one of my best friends and she convinced me to join. I`ve been doing WW for over a year and have lost 40lbs, but have hit a plateau for the last few months, so I`m thinking this should get me back on track!
Hi everyone
I am so excited that this challenge is starting soon, as I really need the motivation and support, as I have been struggling. I am 39 years old, (40 in a couple of weeks), I am married and a mother of 3 children - 2 boys, and 1 girl. I have always been into fitness, but I have struggled with my diet since my teenage years. The exercise always seemed to keep me around my target weight though. Then, a leg injury stopped me from running, and I turned to food for comfort, and here I am almost 70 lbs heavier. Anyways, I am determined to stick with this journey and get back to a healthy weight again. My plan is calorie counting and for exercise a combination of cardio and weights. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
Angela, I am so sorry for the loss of your boyfriend
