I not doing to well plan wise...Dad just got custody of my seven minor siblings, and we are in the processes of moving, so I don't really have time for exercise or planning out meals. Hopefully in a couple of weeks things will be back to semi-normal, and I can start concentrating on losing again...right now I'm happy just to maintain.

Well, I made it through 20 minutes of the Biggest Loser 30 day jump start dvd. I don't like the set up because it has previous contestants as instructors and they don't transition well between each movement. No one knows when to start or stop each movement. But, I will keep using it without the interaction chat stuff, and I will just listen to the music. Glad I was able to try something new though. Hope everyone is having a good week. I'm hoping for a nice swoosh of weight loss once TOM finishes this weekend.

"Dammit, man! I'm a doctor, not a physicist!" - Star Trek(2009 version) Awesome movie!

Rough week is kind of continuing, but I'm determined to get back on track. I've planned my meals out for the rest of the week and weekend, and bought healthy food. Back to exercising tomorrow morning. Rough work weeks don't give an excuse for falling of the wagon, it should just be a reason to work harder.

Hope everyone had a good day today. It's Friday here in SK! So glad the day is almost over with. Two more classes to teach, one teacher's meeting, and then I'm homeward bound to workout, have dinner with the boyfriend, and study for my Korean class tomorrow.
