Great losses this week Red team!! The results aren't posted yet, but I'm sure they will be soon. For those of us (like me ) who had less than fantastic results, I know we can all do better this week. We are strong!!!

I'm still stuck at 193...but instead of continuing to wait it out, I'm going to change some things up this week. I plan on upping my calories to 1500 and adding strength training in the mix. We'll see how it goes.

Mixing it up sounds like a great idea...isn't another famous quote that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? I know for me that if I'm doing everthing on plan, and I don't lose, then the plan isn't right. Right now my biggest problem is just making a plan and sticking to it. I didn't go grocery shopping this weekend, which could be a problem for me this week, but I'm going to get it done tonight, and so far I'm doing good for staying on plan today.

Had in interesting weekend. Finally had a good loss which was a nice confidence boost. Then Saturday night I met a guy, double confidence boost! I don't really know if he likes me. He seemed to, but then he could just be a flirty drinker. I've been obsessing; I haven't had a crush in a long time. I'll keep you guys posted if it goes anywhere.

I am so so sorry...I was in court all day Monday, and when I got home I was so exhausted that I just collapsed into bed. I completely forgot about the results...I'll have them up shortly. Sorry!

Went to the store and got lots of groceries so I have no excuse not to eat at home this week. I think I'm going to try to make kale chips in the next day or so. I'll let you ladies know if they're any good.

Well had a great weekend but it was totally off plan so Monday I went strictly back OP and will keep it that way till weigh in Saturday and will hopefully have a loss again

Hi ladies. I'm here! Haha. Been a quiet week for me. It's TOM and I've been a little moody. I did try to do the 30 day shred level 1 today. I only made it through 15 minutes. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I threw up after. Not making excuses, it just means tomorrow I will try for 20 minutes. I have to start getting my exercising butt into gear.
