LOL Sunni, you "woke" me up.

I haven't been posting, a little disgusted with myself lately. I reach a goal, then it's party time for me. There's goes all of my weight loss. Again.

So, I will RENEW my efforts today and start over, maybe this time it will stick

How is everyone else doing? Nella, Echo, glad that you two are posting again

Awesome, the thread's alive.

Ang - Tell me about being lazy and not posting... . So I went to the buffet today and even though I ate on plan (they didn't have my Pad See Ew!! *shakes fist in air*), I came back and slipped into a food coma. Still haven't gone for a walk, but it's super hot here. Feels like the middle of the summer. I might just go to the gym and walk for 30 mins. Hm, I'll see what it's like in another hour or so.

Mercy - woohoo!! Way to get back on track! I know it's really easy for me to slip into crappy eating habits once I see a new low. But, that's why we're all here - to get each other through the tough times.

Babygrant - sorry to hear about the cake storm. I love cake, so it would be hard for me to forgo or just have a teensy piece when everyone is having a regular slice. Sounds like it's a lot of family parties, so maybe everyone will be sick of cake halfway through and it will be easier to ignore it?

Weeble - good job on the B!!!

EDIT: Went for my walk - 2.76 miles.

good evening ladies!! Busy last few days with more court crap from my stepkids mother. I wish I could post everything here so everyone could see how totally nuts she is.

Apparently I've been doing better somehow, lol. Down to 156.8 today! I went ahead and weighed in because Sunday is DH's b-day and we are going to be out of town.

Mercy - I know how you feel girl. I get somewhere and then feel like i can slack off and dang if those 2 pounds don't come right back!

Angela - Hope you had fun skating!

Sunni - YAY!!! for nice days and long walks!

Weebles - Grats on the good exam score!

BabyGrant - We can resist the cake! Or at least just have really thin slices

Have a great weekend beautiful ladies!!!!!!!

Hello, Blue Team! Hope everyone had a great week! The weather here has been beautiful all week...yippee! We had our weekly weigh in at work today...I am down to 122! A loss of 3 pounds from last week's school weigh in...I was the biggest loser for the elementary school this week. Our contest has netted a loss of over 225 pounds for the two buildings. We decided to extend our weigh ins for 4 weeks--to the friday before Memorial Day. This way we will be ready to all wear our teeny weeny bikinis for the holiday . Tomorrow I take my oldest daughter for her drivers license test. Keep your fingers crossed for us! She's ready, but I am not sure I am to have a teen driver! Hope you all have a nice weekend!

Hello Ladies,
I'm glad to be back, I finally fixed my internet problem.....Yeah!!!!! Don't get me wrong it's still slower than anything but at least I am here once again.

Echo - Hello and welcome back!!!! I'm so glad to hear the driving lessons are going good for you. The roundabouts would scare me but I'm weird and I do enjoy parallel parking To bad about the gain just remember you had company and the visit part was worth it. You are already going down so that's fantastic. Thanks for the input on my last post. I'm glad I'm not alone in the meaning of team.

Nella - Sorry things are so bad with the kids mom but a least you are still hanging on and losing weight as well. Hang in there I hope everything gets back to some kind of normal for you soon Your welcome for the post.

Sunnigummi - WTG on your food choices at the buffet and all of the excersing you are getting in. That's fantastic. I have very weak arms too so don't worry that others are in the gym just go for it and remember you will get stronger. I'm glad you felt that my post was helpful. We are all here for each other. I hope you hear back from that interview....I too would have told her the truth and if that impedes you getting a job there then maybe that is not the best place to be. Best of Luck I know something will come along soon.

CapeBretonChick - How was skating?? How are you enjoying all of you days off? I'm a bit jealous...lol by the way I love your new picture you look fantastic.

ars - I too am in the maintenance mode but I am sticking to it and the scale has to move for us eventually.

Mercy03 - Keep going you can do it we all get disgusted with ourselves once in a while but your renew is key. Proud of you keep going.

babygrant - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm cake..... Good luck through all the celebrations.

weebleswobble - Congratulations on the B!!!!!! WTG

mageorge- Awesome job on the losses you are pulling. Congratulations. Bikini ready I would say you are that now from you weight. I hope summer comes soon. No bikini for me but I love the sunshine. Good luck to your daughter for getting her licence.

Hello to everyone else and sorry if I missed anyone.

We not much new for me, I finally saw a bit of a loss today so lets hope it sticks for Sunday. I have been doing double workouts on all days except my one rest day. It's kind of funny last week I was like what's the point it's not helping but this week it not about the loss I just actually have the energy to do them and I am feeling better. I only have one concern which is my right heal hurt this morning and now after my workout tonight it hurts again. I have heal spurs in my left foot that flare up now and then and when they do wow the pain and I can't even walk at all on it. The pain in the right is feeling like the left did when I was first getting the spur. Fine howdy do work out twice as hard and get pain as a reward.....lol I hope it is just a pain and goes away soon. Anyhow have a great night ladies I'm am so happy to be back on.

Bigmid - glad to see you back online! I'm so addicted to the 'net, I don't know what I'd do if it went out on me.

mageorge - woohoo on the lost poundage!!! You should be very proud of yourself and we are proud of you too!!

Nella - Hope things work out. Plus, we're NC chicks, woohoo!

----

As for me, this morning I showed a loss, which was great. I'm down to 153.6 officially. That's a lb down from last week - yay! Although, I had a mild case of food poisoning today probably from the buffet food. Turns out, the little bit of fried rice and the mound of greens I had were probably the culprit as my husband ate all the noodles, no fried rice and no veggies and he's totally fine. I woke up early this AM with tummy pains, but I was too sleepy to get up and do something about it, so the next time I got up was 6:30 AM. Since then, I threw up about 3-4 times and had diarrhea. Ugh. I'm feeling better now, I'll probably be 100% ok by tonight, but man it sucks. What an awesome day for taking a long walk and I couldn't do it. Needless to say, I'm not going to a buffet for a LONG time. Boo. The food poisoning also brought me down to 151.8... No worries, I'm not using it this week. I'll have a major gain next week and I'd rather be consistently going down, even if it's in 0.5 lb increments.

Hope you all are having an awesome Sat! and

I've been MIA because my laptop died. I won't have a new computer for another 2 weeks. I have my ds's little Dell notebook which does not have a full size keyboard. So glad he lent it to me for a couple of weeks. Anyhoo, I'll be able to check in again.

Morning Ladies~
Spring is here!!! But it's been grey and cold, and it's kinda raining this morning. Weight was the same this morning as last week. So I too am tweaking my food. I'm going to go low carb. Looking at my food journal, I'm a carb addict. lol. This morning my breakfast was 1 baby bella sliced up w/ 1/4c green pepper, sauteed that, added 2 eggs, scrambled it all together, sprinkled with a bit of fresh grated parm, and had 1/2 an avacado and 16oz of water. It was good and filling. I think just getting away from all the processed junk I was eating will help. I guess the scale will tell me next week!!
Exercise wise, been doing more stuff outside and belly dancing class this week she worked us and I was sore the next day! Great for the abs!! She had us do one of the routines her dance troupe does. I think I'm going to look for a dvd to do over summer, she doesn't teach classes then and I don't want to lose what I've learned.
I hope everyone has a great week. I will try to check in more. My oldest starts lacrosse practice this week so shouldn't be too hectic in the afternoons. And that's a new sport I'm going to have to read up on as I have no clue about it.
Have a great Sunday!!!

I had a gain this week. SURPRISE SURPRISE! I was goign to take my 2nd freebie...but I needed to make myself accountable. No more birthdays now until the end of April and then not until September, so I'll be ok! March was just crazy and I didn't resist the temptations. Oh well, no more excuses.

Was OP today, which is nice. I seem to have broken the cycle of bad days (I was at 9 consecutive days off plan!)

Took a freebie this week, but hopefully won't show a gain overall next weigh-in. Then I'm on holiday from 31st March to 12th April, so will be weighing in for those days in advance, hoping to show a loss when I get back (ho ho ho).
