Love you guys!!!
hope the drama train pulls outta the station quick!!

Hello ladies~
Sorry been mia, again, this week just got busy. Kids appts and wrestling meets. Tuesday I worked 13hrs and missed the biggest loser, hoping to catch it on demand. Haven't stuck with my exercise plan, but did get exercise in. Eating wise has been good.

Sorry to see you leave Diva. Hope things get better.

Angela ~ hope you get to feeling better very soon!!

Nella~ yikes!! sorry ya'll have to deal with psycho mom. That's gotta be hard on those kidlets, good thing they have you!!

Everyone sounds like they're on track and doing well.

Oh, Leslie Sansone was on QVC yesterday, was just going to watch to see what her new walk was about, ended up ordering it. The price was good for all that comes with it. And I just really like using her workouts.
Well I hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend and good weigh ins tomorrow.

Ugh, feeling so deflated today! I am bummed that my weigh in tomorrow is going to stink...as of today I have only a .4 loss for the week. A week of being totally OP. I know any loss is still a loss, but after 3 weeks of nice numbers (numbers exceeding my goal of losing 2 pounds per week), this is my first stick in the mud week. I don't like it!

And today I am way low on my calories...not quite 1000 as of 8PM now. I don't want to eat more calories this late just to eat more calories when I am definitely not hungry.

Anyway, I hope all the rest of the blue team is feeling cheerier than me today!

Hi all just a quick check in I was on yesterday morning but didn't post anything and now I just got back from a day of shopping so wanted to pop in and say hi. No time for personals right now but I hope all of you are well and that weigh-in tomorrow is great for all. I am down as of this morning so I hope it holds for tomorrow.

Hi Nixmom - where are you? it's my accountability check

Ugh...I just don't understand why the scale is not moving! I am excercising, tracking my points, just don't get it! It is very frustrating and in a way I feel like what is the point of doing all of this. I start Chalean Extreme push phase tomorrow...hopefully that kick starts my metabolism. Blah!

Ok, I have been away for most of the week at different job interviews around the country and home from celebrating with friends this weekend (I got the job! ) and all exams are done until April.

I have (somehow) managed to maintain my weight loss, but feel a bit bummed that I've not been able to take January as seriously as I wanted.

February will have far fewer interruptions, so I can't wait to step up my game and do better this month!!

Sounds like everyone is doing so great - you are all fab!

:hugs: to everyone and big thanks for all the get wells... it is a slow process and am still flat out.. I got my butt kicked this time in a big bad way. Standing for more then 5 minutes does me in and so far other then reducing my fever the antibiotics do not seem to be doing much else.. will be another sick day tomorrow.. agh! At least we do not open on the weekends so that was 2 days I did not miss of work. Well that is enough of my whinning! haha

I am so glad to hear that all of you are doing well...

Selina.. so glad your dad is getting the help he needs!

Nella, I can relate to the crazy "X" .. bless your heart.. got you in my prayers!

Michelle..I hope the birthday party went well.. and do not worry about the scale.. point is your pants are feeling looser and before long you will have a whoosh! It is just your body getting used to the changes you are making.. I am at a stall as well.. up and down the same few pounds for the last month .. Stay strong with my girl!

Bigmid.. woohooo on the 3.4 loss!

ars.. it is perfectly normal for your body to slow down on you some.. it will pick back up!! Stick with what you've been doing.. it will all pay off!

Cats .. let me know how you like the new Leslie Sansone dvd!

Sunni.. so what was it.. ? did you end up running circles in your apartment? It was a storm here all weekend as well..

Echo.. Glad you had such a great time last weekend! And good for you going for your drivers... I do not have mine ethier... never had a need for it when i lived in the city but I am finding now that I really wish I had them! Good Luck girl.. I know you will kik butt!

Isabella.. how you doing?? did you all get snowed in this weekend as well?

hey guys - today i've taken some time out, to read through all the messages this week and do some personals , so please bear with me! and apolagies if i go all over the place, i tend to read the posts and do personals in notepad as i go along.

hi Blue team! sorry to report, i'm showing a 2lb gain this week
and i cant use my freebie, as i accidentally used it last week, i thought i had registered my weight before my weekend break, but i must have forgotten. oopsy. so now i only have 1 freebie left, which i want to keep for the future.
will work out twice as hard next week to lose those 2lbs that i've gained and be strict with my calories.

i thought me working out hard these past 3 days might have balanced out the over indulgence i had at the weekend, but it didnt
oh well, weight loss journey is full of ups and downs. here's to a better week next week!

Hey Mercy! thanks for asking after me

NElla you totally rock ! you are doing soo well this challenge.

selina you're so sweet to do so many personals and congrats on hitting onderland, thats awesome

smith1313, good luck with your goal for end of jan, did you reach it?

Nixmom, i hear ya! i keep showing gains this challenge too! here's to a better week eh but i see you've lost weight! good JOB!

Diva, your new ticker is cute !

Angela, Mageorge,
i agree she definately threw the weigh in, its SO OBVIOUS!!!! its annoying, though how she kept going on about her integrity and being called a liar. Mageorge, exactly, losing nothing in 2 weeks , with the amount of working out she did, would be impossible. its a good game plan move, but why not just admit it? it really bothered me their attitude towards jillian and bob.

Ars, i totally agree, i was so mad at the red team aswell!! the way they kept saying to bob, i've lost respect for you. what the heck!!!

thinnerbyjuly. - yes if they chug water before their weigh in , or eat salty foods, thats how they can counteract the weight loss they "would" have shown.

Selina - thats an awesome idea about posting a new pic at 189. although i must say you look very beautiful in your current pic!

Nella, sorry to hear about the drama in your life, hope it gets sorted out soon and you're back with us

Sunni, that is so well out of order what your boss did! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr how can he say you're not done with your phd work. thats so stupid! you've finished your thesis, done your viva, got your Dr title. what does he want!!

oh no i remember your bell pepper plants! i hope they will be ok.

Nella congrats on hitting the 150s!!! well done you are now going to be my partner in crime! as we're the same weight hehehe. i will be looking up to you for inspiration.

Diva, sorry to hear you're dropping out of the challenge, i will miss ya!!!!!!!!!!! but i can totally understand that focusing on the scale can cause undue stress. all the best!! and please keep in touch

dream710 - good luck with the job hunting, hope you find a job that you enjoy

retiredone/isabella,
i like your philosophy that - its always a good time to change bad habits and turn things around

Angela, sorry to hear you've got the flu, poor you hope you feel better soon, take plenty of rest! 51 members still standing, that is good!

mageorge, congrats on having a ticker now! i remember how excited i was when i got mine hehehe, its a pretty one too!

Sue/institches.
i loved your comment, and really touched me, you're so right, those that are struggling (me!) those temporary gains are just a blimp on the radar (As you said) and in the long run it wont matter, once you've acieved the goal, sure might take abit longer, but as long as we keep working out and keep watching what we eat, wil get there one day! even if its abit later than we would like.

Dora - i hope you're okay

Sunni, good luck with the 2nd paper!!

and i know what you mean, its hard to estimate or predict how we will feel when we reach a certain weight. you're doing so well though!

mageorge, congtats on losing half a pound! thats great

Ars, i totally agree with that study that taking mini breaks does improve productivity. as the mind can only concentrate for so long before it gets tired. so taking regular breaks causes you to be refreshed.

babygrant, congrats on the 10lb loss so far, that is AWESOME!

Mercy - thanks mercy for your sweet message!

Nella - thanks for the well wishes regarding my driving lessons
Nella, so sorry to hear about the drama hope things work out in the end. your step kids are lucky to have you , a constant pillar of strength and support and caring step mom

Sunni - thanks so much for your support, lol at the canadian goose story, that cracked me up! glad you passed with flying colours, well done you! wow you're down to 151.6lbs i see, good job!!!

cats - wow 13 hours!! thats really impressive. good job on eating well and getting in the exercise.

Ars dont be so hard on yourself. 0.4lbs loss is great! i wish i had that, instead of a gain like they always say on BL that when you have good numbers, your body eventually wants to say "woah horsey, whats going on" but if you keep doing what you're doing you will have another great number next week

Bigmid, congrats on the scale showing a loss. 3.4lbs loss is brilliant!

Mageorge, i hear ya frustration, but you will see a whoosh of loss soon. keep doing what you're doing it will happen! .

Selina, hope you're dad is doing better.

thinnerbyjuly. i hear ya aswell. but you're doing great, you will see the loss on the scale soon enough and well done on resisting that birthday cake! you will be rewarded for it soon enough!

dayoneagain - congrats on getting the job! thats brilliant and good luck with your exams in april! i'm TOTALLY with you that february will be a better month for me too. january has been abit up and down and not very consistent, but tommorow its a brand new month, fresh start, so i'm totally with ya ! i'm gonna step up my game aswell!

my aims for february is to get down to 150lbs, its my bday end of feb so will be nice to hit 150 by 28th feb

Angela, dont worry about not posting a boost challenge, you were unwell, totally understandable! no need to say sorry.

hope you get better real soon. and thanks so much for your lovely kind message about driving really appreciate it! and feel better that im not the only one that doesnt have my drivers licence. exactly, living in the city, you dont really feel the need to.

okay i've caught up on all the messages, i feel good now sorry if i missed anyone out a special grouphug to anyone i left out

i wish everyone a kick *** first week of february!

GO BLUE TEAM!

Angela, those building block threads for exercise are so MOTIVATING , sometimes the only reason i do exercise, is just so i can fill it in heheheheh

I messed up this last week and a half and have a 3.5 pounds gain to show for it. I wasn't that good of a mess up, just a little here and a little there. I have to get this done and I can still manage a 20 pound net lose this challenge.
