wow you girls are rocking it! sorry I was MIA today! i will do the dares and challenges on friday
i have the day off tommorow treating myself hehe. i finalised my thesis today. my examiners emailed me telling me my corrections are fine and all is excellent and i can now finally submit it. so just emailed it to my brother to get it printed.
so taking the day off tommorow and treating myself to a cinema trip and then meeting a friend for dinner.
but i will come back on friday and do all the dares!!
Here's the next one: Alternating front lunges with shoulder raises (arms to side, then raid up like a bird as you lunge down). 10 reps on one leg, then do 10 on other leg.
I did these after the hammer curls. Used 3 lb. weights.

I did it!! i did your challenge of 50 crunches, my abs were about to explode lol but i did it. haha

quick warm up:
do 2 minutes of jogging on the spot
then get prepared to burn!
With your feet pointing forwards, stand up tall and come up on your tip toes and hold for 1 second, then bring your heel down.then up again on your tip toes and hold for 1 second. repeat for a total of 10 reps. then without taking a break, continue this for 2 more sets of 10 reps.
>> so in total thats 3 sets of 10 reps.
its a very small movement, but get ready for your calves to BURN! they will be on FIRE infact your thighs might burn too!
