Echo started the dare on week 5, so you prolly only have 50 exercises to do

Yeah I am starting with the Week 5 Dare Thread. I wrote down everything except the ones I can't do. The ones that will cause me injury. Like the Tri-cep dips, Wall Squats and the Running stuff. I can't run at all or walk on the treadmill because it hurts me old hips. All the running & c25k stuff I can do on the elliptical in the afternoons if Jess gets home early enuff. Week 5 plus this thread will keep me busy all week I think, LOL! I won't need the WATP's that for sure!

WATP's are Walk Away The Pounds DVD's by Leslie Sansome. I have the 2 & 3 Miles ones and some walk & Kick, and a couple of other ones.
