Hey ladies. Well I started the week strong, then caught the lazy bug and it shows. Only lost 0.8 lbs this week. Any loss is moving in the right direction but I REALLY wanted to get under 250 this week and I was 0.1 lb shy! So I need to get back to work. I'll be there next week for sure.

Well Ashley I think that 0.8 lbs is great, so please don't dismiss your hard work.
OMG! Good morning to everyone! It's Sunday here in SK....which means weigh in day....and....even with TOM....I lost....5 lbs!!! Holy cow! I'm shocked, I'm happy, WOOHOO!!!
This means I have reached my Halloween goal one week before Halloween!

Thanks for the welcome I was Red team last fall - during my first TBL challenge on this forum and was the first season of the show I ever watched...and I'm hooked. I love that I'm watching my 3rd season It's so motivational.
I enjoy the support and giving support to others, plus being accountable to a team of ppl (even unofficially) is a great help to me.
I hope this is just what I needed to get my butt back into gear and lose the weight that I regained after hubby deployed. I've been so busy and too tired to workout, but i'm not letting that be an excuse anymore! I have roughly 3 months till hubby gets home, and want him to come home to wife he left in Feb - not the person I am now. I know if i stick to watching my calories and get my daily workouts in every day - i can do this

Thanks Shan & ArmyWife, it feels good after last week of going up 4 lbs, then losing that after my tea mixture kicked in and now my true weight loss from last week and this week shows. I am making a vow to myself to never abuse my body again by not exercising and eating crap. I had bought a bag of chips today but throw them down the drain when I realized I was self sabotaging. I'm going to concentrate on making myself happy, whatever that means. Sometimes it’s harder to walk away but it’s the best thing in the end.
In case you wanted to know, Christmas is coming so I felt like a more festive avaitar.

I love the new picture IGetFit. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and its a little sad thinking of how different it's going to be this year. I've been away from my family on Christmas before, but never away from the states, away from church, away from all things festive that make Christmas, well Christmas.
So I have come up with an idea for anyone interested in participating please just send me a pm. I know that I might be slightly depressed come the Christmas season so I want to stop it before it starts by doing a Christmas card exchange with all of you from around the states and world. So how does it work? Simple. PM me for my mailing address and send me yours. I'll send you a Christmas card all the way from South Korea and you can send me one.
What do you think? Anyone interested??
Also, on a side note many of you know our challenge ends on December 14th. That also happens to be the week of my vacation for this year and since I'm doing so well on the challenge I have decided to treat myself with a huge reward this year. I will be traveling from here in South Korea to Japan for my holiday!! So excited!

I've just posted the exercise challenge for week 7, so you guys need to head on over and get signed up! We had pretty good participation last week, but I know we can do even better. I woudl really (really, really) like to see 100% participation. Please don't disappoint me!
Congrats to everyone who has lost. It's been quite hectic around here. I'm in my last class for my Masters degree and all my work has to be turned in by Wednesday. I'm a little overwhelmed to say the least and when that happens I tend to self sabotage. Hoping to stay the course and in the long run make the right choices. Weigh in day is tomorrow.
