Rhonda- Good for you for reacting by creating a more structured plan instead of emotional eating. I'll bet that the scale is just taking some time to reflect the good choices you made this week and that next week you'll have a nice loss to post.
As for me, I don't have a loss to post for the week but that's ok. I really pushed myself last week for those 3 lbs and I took it easy on things this week. I was actually up 1 lb the other day so being back to 200 is good.
Between my run yesterday and then the day at the waterslide park, my body is
tired today! The kids and I are going to have a really laid back day. If I'm feeling more energetic this afternoon I might do the abs yoga video but we'll see. Oh, and I'm going to a drumming circle tonight which I'm really looking forward to.
