Francie, about 3-4 days. We drove from around Pensacola, Fl to Eugene, Or during one of our pcs moves. We stopped in like one place one nite, were in Vegas by the second nite, and then Oregon the last day. Make sure to make it fun and hit some sites you may want to see along the way.
We'll get in for free and have a free lunch (only the finest in greasy fried foods, I'm sure) in one of the picnic areas, provided by Jeff's company I think we're even going to splurge and stay the night at a hotel there so we don't have to drive home afterwards since it's almost 2 hours away. I know I sure won't feel like driving after walking around the park all day, especially if it's sunny.
Now that I think about it, I don't even know when the last time was that I went to an amusement park. I know it's been more than 5 years.
On their website, they said they have seats with restraints for you to "try" outside of 3 or 4 different rides. Makes me really stop and think how I ever let it get to the point where this was such a concern I remember the first time Jeff asked me if I wanted to go to Kings Dominion just a few months after we'd started dating, and I just started crying. Poor guy had no idea what hit him

It took us 4 days to drive from Arizona to WA..and it wasnt even that far!!! LoL!!
I swear one day I'm gonna stop typing all that up and watch the bomb of questions explode.

Francie - It ends after the first full week in August I think, so we should get to keep you unless you are driving really early on. Either way, you could always save your freebie week for the last week if you have to (thats what I'm doing 'cause I'll be on Vaca) You can't even joke about leaving us!!!
Francie, Congrats on getting your official date According to Mapquest, here's the results from Silverdale WA to Annapolis MD. I didn't have an exact address so these are just estimates. Of course, as sportmom says take the time to stop in other cities to make the most of this trip. A friend of mine drove from Michigan to MD when they moved here.

I'm feeling so stressed out now. Theres just so much to do. This will be my 2nd move, and his 3rd..Thank God we're having the Navy pack all our stuff for us.
