may 3- pushing it challenge-20 mins., walk dog 15 min,
Total minutes-260

May 1- 30 minutes walking on my lunch break
May 2- 20 minutes elliptical, 20 cycling, 20 treadmill, 60 weights, 20 trampoline with children, 20 figuring out red team "pushing it" challenge and completing
May 3- 120 minutes rollerskating, 15 trampoline, 20 minutes red team "pushing it" challenge

Guess I made the trip to Ocean City instead!

4/29=20 mins (jillian's 20 min shred)
4/30= 40 mins (turbo jam & turbo abs)
5/1= 55 mins (45 treadmill & 10 mins stretching)
5/2= none (i did do tons of yardwork but no formal exercise)
5/3=60 mins (volleyball)

Total=175
