I have to go to NJ this week. My big exercise days were Mon/Tues/Wed this week and tomorrow I have class and Friday DS has a BMX race, so I won't be able to get in more than 30 min of exercise those days, but Saturday, I'll bust my butt! Or I can do 30 min on Thurs and Fri and then do 2 hours and 28 minutes on Saturday! LOL Hey, it can be done!

April 30- 50 min Pilates + 40 min weights + 45 min Kickboxing = 135 min
May 1- 45 min in home exercise= 45 min
May 2- 75 min of spin + 150 min brisk walk = 225 min

April 30: 45 minutes walking, 15 minutes abs & stretches - 60 minutes
May 1: walking, ab work and stretches - 90 minutes
May 2: walking, ab work and stretches - 45 minutes
May 3: spent all day marathon deep cleaning - lots of stairs, bending, toting. Worked for 8 hours, I think counting 180 minutes is fair.

May 1 - 20 min Wii Sports , 75 min tennis
May 2 - 20 min walk, 30 min walk/jog (C25K), 25 min arc trainer
May 3 - 30 min C25K, 30 min arc trainer, 5 min strength training, 33 min walking (walked an extra lap just to make it to NC )
268/268 miles on the dot!

April 30 - 35 min elliptical
May 1 - 70 min total - 30 min walk/jog up and down the "hill" and 40 min walking around the neighborhood
May 2 - 70 min walking around the neighborhood
May 3 - 120 min total; 5x walk/jog the hill, the rest was walking the neighborhood doing errands
Yay for walkable neighborhoods, my pedometer which I LOVE, and the beach in NC!!!
Hmmm, I'm already halfway to NJ, so I guess I'll shoot for NC. Not to mention how fun it is to say Ocracoke. And, I just I love that lighthouse!

May 1 - Worked 1230pm to 1230am - nothing left to give to the gym
May 2 - Worked 1200pm to 1015pm - no energy to go the gym
May 3 - 60 minutes:C25K, Sit-Ups, Pull-Ups, Stretching

Oops, didn't make it to NC. Guess I shouldn't have exercised in the beginning of the week.
