Curious... possibly weird question...
Does anyone else feel thinner when they eat right and exercise? I feel much better about myself when I stick with my plan and actually tend to feel skinnier, whether I have lost weight or not, when I keep with it. If only I wasn't a compulsive eater... when food is around... I eat (but the only food that is around during the day is the food I bring with me, so that helps solve that problem... once I get home is a different story...). |
