Like Diva, I've become attached to y'all here, so I am STILL going to have the NSV challenge but will be with the BLACK team again next time. I go to the doctor and weigh in there anyway, so why not do the challenge here? You guys are the BEST!!! :hug:

Michie and I are going to be work out buddies and I am so excited about that. We'll keep each other going even though she can't participate next time, she'll still be involved in that way. :)

Also, I am going to look for the dreaded "before" pic (as a big fatty, I have hated getting pics taken, so it will take some searching for one!) and then a current one to start the next challenge to share progress with y'all.

Thank you all so much I've :cry:,and throwna :tantrum:I've :fr: out and stood looking at the ceiling in disbelief :?::censored: I've been thankful , If my grand mother had been sitting in her chair when the ceiling came down it would of killed her , thank God my DH noticed the crack in the ceiling , so $500.00 later one trip to the ER with DH (who is feeling a little better) , every thing is some what back to normal, this is one March I will never forget. I was upset when I thought I was off the team , I completely forgot I still had a freebie left. I know I'm not on here all the time but I have really enjoyed this challenge , and your so great with the support :hug:to you all .Rena

good morning teammates!!!

so i went to the gym last night... i'm having to work back up to my 45 mins on the treadmill, but i did do 30 last night (i hadn't been to the gym except for the day before yesterday in about 2 weeks due to several things)... feels good to be back there and walking away my stress... and the BF is happy about it too because if i don't go to the gym, i have temper tantrims (which i had the day before yesterday, but i was better once i got home from the gym)

anyways, just wanted to check in... say hello and now i must get back to the office grind.... i'll be back on later

i just looked up online my BMI (since i don't keep track of it) and i have only 10lbs left to lose before i am "overweight" and no longer "obese"
