Ok, here are mine:

1. Hit my next goal of 177, then decide on and hit final goal, maybe 147 in 2008.

2. Organize every room in my home after we build and varnish all the shelves needed to do that.

3. Set aside a little more time for me when things calm down. Then continue to schedule that all year. Mainly this is to find time to exercise.

4. Love my babies as much as possible!

5. Come to terms with being "normal" weight. People already are treating me differently. Can't imagine if I lose 70 more lbs. Why aren't people treated with respect no matter their size???

6. Come to terms with the fact that sometime this year I'll have to buy a whole new wardrobe because my clothes now are getting to be too big and I've been wearing the same ones I wore when I was 45 lbs heavier. That means I'm about 15-20 lbs away from them falling off! Saving now for the switch. Sad though, I really love some of my clothes. (Most ppl would be happy, I know.)

7. Looking forward to learning to maintain after all my hard work losing.

Have a great day everyone, hugs, Selina

Great goals, everyone!

Here are mine:

1.) Get down to 160 by the end of this year.

2.) Get off my diabetes and blood pressure meds - or at least reduce them!

3.) Learn how to cook healthy meals for my family so my daughter can learn how to eat healthy and not end up as an overweight child or adult like I was/am.

4.) Begin an exercise regime that I'll enjoy and stick to for life.

5.) Finally be able to wear a bathing suit without a skirt this summer!!!

6.) Organize my house and put myself on some sort of housekeeping schedule so I won't keep falling behind and letting messes take over.

7.) Get control of my finances.

8.) Once the weight is off, get started on trying to have a baby brother or sister for Gianna. And have fun doing it!

9.) Spend as much time with family and friends as I can and try to enjoy each moment with them instead of worrying about the small stuff and taking them for granted.

I reevaluated my goals yesterday so I made 1 change to #2.
I think this is a great way to post our goals and later in the year look back on what we wanted and to see how far we've gotten over the year.

I would love to lose 30 pds. for this challenge. Has any here lost 30 pds. in 12 weeks? What is your goal for the next 12 weeks?

My goal is to loose around 15 pounds with that I should be at my ultimate goal. This should be very achievable as well.

30 is possible (I lost 36 last challenge) Although, most people might want to limit their goals to about 2 per week. So 24 or so is more realistic, but hey shoot for the stars why not I say? I think the guideline I keep hearing tossed around is 1lb per every 100 is fairly safe.

My goal this time is 20 or I'd like to hit 210.
