Well I'll be in class until the teacher says we can take a break then I'm heading out.

Is it 8:30 tonight or 9? I can't keep up with these crazy time changes.

PS: I didn't mail Bob yet... I'll probably do it tomorrow.

I cant chat with everyone during the show because of the time difference...dont like to be spoiled! AND...I have PTA tonight so I have to record and watch later.

Diva...those veggies will get ya! LOL! The funny thing with me and lc is I dont have any of those gastro blues like I do with low calorie. On lowcal veggies HURT! and I get heartburn all the time. On lowcarb...no heartburn and no gas or abd. discomfort at all. Even when I have broccoli which is usually a for sure killer! LOL!

Okay, I've got to make lasagna dinner for 30 people tonight so I gotta get to costco. Plus figure out what I'm gonna eat. If its not one thing its another!

Okay, finished watching my recorded show! And I gotta say for the first time the most valuable info that I got was from Kim...yes I said Kim. I absolutely loved when she was talking about how important it was to eat to lose when she said...Its like building this Ferrari and then running it with no oil!!! SO GOOD!! We HAVE to eat to lose Red Team!!!! I myself am so guilty of that. When I do low carb I am NEVER hungry, I have to remind myself its time to eat. When I post my menus I never eat the snacks I plan for just because I'm never hungry, and with as busy as I am if I'm not thinking about it, I just dont eat. Okay there is my confession...I dont eat enough! Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, chopped ham, cheese, coffee w/ cream and splenda and a squirt of SF choc syrup

Lunch: all beef hot dog, cheese, cream cheese (sounds weird but its something we used to put on bagels)

Dinner: steak, romaine salad

Now it may have been enough carbs for my plan but that is NOT enoug food. I need to work on that! And my goal now is to find a trainer. I deserve it. Ya know I say all the time that we cant afford it but I'm sorry if we can afford to waste money on crap food or alcohol several times a week, we can afford for me to see a trainer.

Okay, all my rambling aside...where the heck is the Red team? This is rediculous!!!!

Good morning ladies! My neck and shoulder are doing better this morning. Yesterday I took some aspirin and got a massage and it seemed to help. Last night the pain was still there but not as bad, I took some strong pain reliever and sat down to watch Nip/Tuck, ended up falling asleep. I woke up just in time for my date with Gilad. I thought I'd give it a try, and surprisingly there was little pain. Usually I do the 30 min sculpting show and a pilates dvd but decided I better take it easy....At least for a few days. Last night I had some ice cream (the first time since July), well it was pistachio gelato (whatever that is) it was sooo yummy. I was pretty proud of myself...I only at 1 of the 2 servings, before I prob would ate both servings and felt guilty.

Todays Menu:

Snack: Banana
Breakfast: 1 slice wheat toast with 1 TBSP peanut butter
Snack: Grapefruit
Lunch: Lean Cuisine pizza- not sure what kind...it think its got tomatoes and cheese on it. Honeycrisp apple
Snack: yogurt
Supper: enchiladas with rice and ff refried beans

Ladies have a great day!

Dream, glad your neck is feeling a lil' better. I was looking at your menu, have ya ever tried putting sliced banana on your wheat bread and PB? OMG! Maybe I am wierd but I think that is LISH!

Anyway's, getting ready for my hour treck one way to take M to the doc. I so hate driving... M wants to do luch afterward's, which in his terms means Micky'D's, so I guess I can order the grilled chicken Salad w/Ranch and stay on plan right?

After all that we are gonna pick up Dude from work and hopefully get a little tour of the place he work's. I am wanting a job there (Clayton Homes Manufacturing plant), so I wanna scope it out and see what dept I think I'd do the best in. I haven't worked in many many yrs... I'm thinking Finale Finish, because it's the end of the line, the home is complete, so I get to see how pretty it is, hehe and all I really have to do is clean it up and polish everything, make sure there are no mistakes. They have GREAT benefits too. These people take great pride in their homes, they aren't even allowed to call them 'trailers". These homes are built to the same standards as an onsite home. His plant is the #1 Plant in the Southeastern area. Isn't that cool? Y'all should check out the Extremem models, OMG! They have Glamour{sp) bathrooms that are the size of my living room, complete with Flatscreen TV and a fireplace. OMG!
Anywho, I am babbling aren't I? hehe

K, Don't think I can fit in exercise tday with all the driving unless we have time to stroll through the mall. But here's the menu:

2 Egg & Cheese omlette
2 oz smoked sausage
Hot cocoa ( hey, it's cold!)

SB Protein Bar

Grilled Chicken Salad w/ranch

Chicken & dumplin's (This could change)

Good Morning lovelies!! I need more sleep!

Diva....chicken salad is still on plan as long as the chicken isnt breaded, no croutons and I personally would avoid the carrots but I know you arent doing super lowcarb so you'll be golden! Manufactured homes are beautiful! Thats actually what I want to buy next year when we get our house because you can get so much more house for so much less money. I wouldnt consider those trailers at all, some of them are just gorgeous.

So glad to hear that your neck is better Dream!! The lean cuisine pizza that I just love is the BBQ chicken one...YUMMO!

Okay this morning I'm absolutly STARVED!...go figure! So off to eat and get the kiddos ready for school. AF arrived this morning and I hate her! LOL! Have a wonderful day RED!

The BEST benefit dude gets is after a year of working there, if we are ready to buy, they give us a discount on a home. So what someone would pay @ a dealer, we get for half. So if you buy a home for $150k, we can get the same thing for $80k, I totally LOVE that. Plus we can order it exactly the way we want as far as colors, floors, furniture, Tv's whatever. Not to mention he'll have a huge hand in building it. How cool is that? The peeps at this plant are very nice and very family oriented. We were trying to move up to PA, but he took this job last May and loves it so much he doesn't want to leave now, so I am stuck in Hillbilly land, TN! LOL!

*sigh* its just one of those days huh? LOL! Kinda looks like its gonna snow but its not even close to cold enough. I had to go do a tax project on campus and on the way I stopped and got myself a gingerbread latte. So NOT on plan!! And why? Because I'm having a stressful day? And did the coffee really make it better? Actually it was kinda nice but still!! I wish my syrups I ordered would hurry up and get here so I can indulge and still be on plan!!

Tonight is my dd's first basketball game. So excited for her!

Okay back to homework! I hope all is well with everyone. Not a good sign when everyone disappears.

A run through real quick. I will stop in later and write more. I started my running program yesterday and it went really well. I was able to follow the program exactly and my foot did just fine. Sportsbra kept the sisters in place. I'm excited about doing it again tomorrow.

Really working on the water I got quite a bit in yesterday. Not as much as I wanted to but it was a start. I should make the 72 oz today.
