Wow, those are super challenge ideas. Another one I like is: I used to be on eDiets and one challenge we used to do over there was to find inspiring stories or articles on the web somewhere and post links. Also we could post reward ideas for 5 pounds lost, 20 miles achieved, or other milestones like that.
The challenge is inspiring me already. I knew I wouldn't have time for cardio tomorrow morning so I just did it now!! GO RED!!! |

Wow -- I'm actually excited to get up in the morning and go to the gym and for a change I don't feel deprived thinking of what I will eat tomorrow, I feel thrilled knowing it will help us win -- go Red Team, we are going to do awesome. I'm in for any challenge you bring up -- I'm sure they will all help keep us motivated. :cheer:

I haven't weighed myself yet, but I know I did horrible this past week (with the excuse that I thought the challenge didn't start until today!!) -- so I'll apologize to everyone now and then it's time to move on and get my butt in gear! Good morning!
I woke up way too early, but I did cut up a bunch of vegies for the next couple of days, packed my lunch and snacks for today, and got my water ready. I have two jammed days away from home all day on Monday and Tuesday, so I need to be prepared with good choices to take with me.

I'm so psyched about these next 12 weeks. I'm so going to work hard at keeping up with a regular exercise program. I work full-time nights so it is such a challenge to get into the habit of exercising but I really need to do this! I was going to set a finite weight loss goal but now I'm just gonna go for it and lose as much as I can and I'll be estatic with any number. I was good this morning, I gave up my morning ice cappacino and bagel and has something a little healthier with less fat and calories. Good start!!! Hope everyone is having a good start today. Red team rocks!

I was off to a bad start this morning but I am on my way. No way am I throwing this day away. Hope everyone sticks it out til the end. Come on guys, we've got nothing to lose!! (well, of course we do, but you know what I mean :D) |

Charity.....as long as you learn from the slip ups you still win! It sounds like Chellez wants both teams to do challenges together, I'm just waiting to hear from her on that. I sent her my ideas and we'll go from there. I think we could do our RED WINS challenge though, perhaps we should start this saturday and do it a full 7 days? Actually if you did FF milk they arent too bad. I looked up once that a 16oz iced mocha w/ skim milk is 180 calories. Thats like a mid morning snack! LOL!! Rosario...third time IS a charm!!
