I'm kind of on a roll again. I had really slouched on exer, so I'm feeling good about making progress and contributing again (40 each for Fri/Sat/Sun) :

Shopping for jeans and trying on so many pairs was a workout. Although I was doing it all day long I will take 30 minutes for workout from it.

Yeap you read that I did 90 minutes. 30 minutes for bowling last night. We went to Monster Jam today and had Party in the Pit passes. So for an hour we walked around looking at Monster Trucks. Then there was the long walk to and from the car. Up and down stairs in the civic center to our seats. I figure it to be about an hour's worth. |
