I realize that mine and Chris' conversation is being passed around the internet. I also understand that many of you are angry.
As far as the challenge goes, I plan on continuing the challenge if the moderators allow it. Because of certain "circumstances," I can not officially say what the position of the Red Team Leader is in. Depending upon how many people decide to leave the challenge because of this out of forum issue, the challenge may have to be dissolved due to lack of participation. If people choose to stay and/or the moderators allow me to continue, we will address the situation as it progresses.
I would prefer that if you have something to question/argue/debate with me about this entire ordeal that you please do so through private messages. This entire situation was a private ordeal that is being made public when it shouldn't have to be, but that is beyond my control. I hope that we all can be mature enough that if there are issues with me as a coordinator or as a person, they be handled in private.
Although I'm sure this ordeal has tarnished my welcome here, I hope to hear from some of you. If you do plan on leaving the challenge, I will need to know as soon as possible so that I can decide what to do with the challenge. I will be keeping you posted as I hear word.
Michelle I am sorry it has come to this. Yes, I have shared our chat with those who wish to see it....and I will continue to do so. I have good reason for doing so. I want people to decide for themselves as to what is going on. I see you took this matter to the owners of 3 fat chicks, which you felt you needed to do....just as I have shared your chat. If this gets me removed from 3 fat chicks so be it. I did not display the chat publicly and I will not. I will share it with anyone who wishes to see it...no matter the team or person. As you MAY recall, in the middle of our chat I stated I would stay. However you kept pushing the issue and attacking me and I felt I had no choice. I am sorry to all the Red Team members who had stuck to the challenge to this point. I ask that you continue with the challenge. The problems that Michelle and I have shouldn't effect you in this challenge. I wish each and every member of this challenge good luck..in the game, in your weight loss journey and in life. I will not let this effect me any futher as well.

Well. I am not sure what the issues here are, and I would rather not find out I think, but I also think that we have a few great weeks left in this challenge to lose an extra few pounds and we should make the most of it!

I hope none of you leave the challenge because of this. I encourage you to stay with it. I needed to do what was best for me, and that was to leave. I wish everyone luck and hope you beat the blue team these last couple of weeks.

I have only heard or seen that a few people were staying on the Red Team. I plan on continuing the challenge until the end.

Sorry I wasn't around last week to support the team. I had a strenuous travel schedule for work (I hit BOTH coasts!) so I was out of pocket. I managed to keep the eating under control and even got on an exer bike at the hotel, so down .3. I'll take what I can get.
I have to drink more water this week. That's what really gets hit hard on the travel detail.
I'm still in as well, Lara!
