Christina, I want to thank you for continuing on when most of our team has long since left. It hurts to see some many just up and leave after committing to this challegne. I am so thankful for those who are still reporting their weights...but would love it if the remaining few would chat with us.
Sorry, girls, I'm rarely on during the weekends....will make a point to stop in more during the week when I can. I'm here and still reading...just didn't have much to say.
I'm here. Just been busy with the kids and things around here. I lost a pound this past week, I think it might have been more but ttom came Saturday. I've been doing great on working out and getting in my water. Last week I did 5 days of Cardio Salsa, which is a dance workout. Loved it. I checked it out from the library. I'll have to go look at college video to see if they have it. This week I'm doing kickboxing. I'm alternating with WATP walk and kick, Denise Austin's kickboxing workout and will even give Billy's Taebo a try again, but I think he's a bit too fast paced for me right now. My knee has been bugging me so I'll be riding my bike in the evens 3x's a week to start again. That seemed to help a lot last time it was bugging me. And I'll probably will add an upper body weight workout with that.
On my water, I went to the dollar store and got a new jug that's easier to cart around than my mug and it holds 70 oz where my mug only holds 64oz. So I'm getting in more water. I too will try to get here more to chat with my teammies .
Chris~ I hope you get some pain relief soon!!! I'm sorry you're hurting so bad.

We lost one team mate this week. JennyMarie2 didn't weigh in. I want to thank those who did. Chellez should be posting the results soon. I had to choose 2 blue members to sit out as they had 2 more than we do.
WHAT why are you leaving you cant just leave us you put that SH*T to the side i dont think its fair if you leave us you have been an AWSOME leader i dont care what anyone say's I may not post here but i come for the motivation i read your post daily and thats what keeps me on track

What the heck is going on? This just plain sucks that is the only way I know how to put it. Chris busted her butt with this challange and now she is leaving right at the very end...AHHHH
