FREE Popcorn
 
All the way to the hardware store I thought about their FREE popcorn but decided I'd give it the old NO CHOICE. So I did. No off-plan popcorn coated with whatever. Score one for the resistance muscle which is in need of some reinforcement lately.

If I'm not sure whether I'm cold, I very probably am. I should change into warmer clothes and light the fire. These warm me better than eating unplanned food.

Feels great to eat on plan and not feel hungry at day's end. Exercise takes away hunger, I've found.

I woke up from my Sunday afternoon nap still feeling a tad bit depleted. My first thought; take your vitamins and make a green smoothie. What??? My first thought isn't for bad carbs??? Ahh, Cognitive Therapy at work...my brain is being retrained. Perhaps I can learn to think like a thin person.
