I definitely understand that. This was just one of those moments when I was starting to crave carbs. Rather than give in to a bigger temptation, I went with those. I haven't had any since then, but have them in case of emergency.

If so, what are you stories so far?
I'm on keto which is basically permanent induction which at the moment works for me as i have a craptonne of weight to lose.

This way of eating has turned my life around, it's my 10th month on it and have lost 52 pounds on keto (and down 105 pounds from my highest weight). However since this way of eating i have energy, don't need to nap in the afternoons and it lowered my high blood pressure.

My only regret is not having discovered/started it sooner. Wishing you all the best

Hi Ladies! Checking in. Still plugging along on plan but it's TOM and I'm sitting firmly at 237. Trying not to get discouraged.

Default Induction

I started eating high protein a few months ago around 40 to 50 carbs a day and lost 23 pounds. I've been off track for a couple of weeks now and decided to do the actual induction stage of 20 carbs. Is three weeks too long to do it? I have about 10 more pounds to lose. Thanks and good luck to everyone

Default me too!

I also did Atkins years ago. I lost weight and felt terrific. My blood pressure and cholesterol were great. Recently I was eating healthy. Felt lousy, was gaining weight and my cholesterol is climbing. I decided to do what worked before and dusted off my old copy of the diet revolution. Started back yesterday.

I just signed up for the website, and ordered a book from BookMooch. I eat low carb, but want an actual plan to follow. The website started me at Atkins 20 - which is less carbs than I was eating - so I hope not to go crazy or have the carb flu.
