Thanks! lol I wish I had a secret so I could be sure to continue getting good results. I don't exercise but I don't really have any off days either, not in the past 60 days anyway just because I know from past experience that if I ever have a day eating more than 50carbs (I try to stick to 25-30) then I will see a gain 2-3 days later and it will take me 2-3 days to get back into ketosis. I can't think of anything worth eating that will knock me off track for an entire week (not for now anyway, I'm sure I'll change my tune come the holidays).
Many of us have lost 25+lbs which is awesome! We *all* must be doing something right
