A small gain, but I am starting to see a trend. I lose a couple of weeks and then I have this gain. So hopefully it is true what I am seeing, which means next week I should be down again

I had another large gain last week, but forgot to post it and seeing as my next weigh-in is Friday I'll just wait to officially post it. I did add it to my last post as an edit though.

Phew, I did so much better this week. I'm back to exercising regularly and eating below my MFP calorie suggestion again. YAY!!
