I did Atkins a few years ago and lost about 30 lbs. I was gluten free after that for a year or two and then I started eating gluten again and the weight came back on pretty quickly. I tried atkins 8 months ago, but I was terrible about staying on plan. I recently moved out of the US and am having a hard time getting a lot of carb free options. I am dedicated to starting again and will have to work extra hard to find healthy options.

I'm glad you went ahead and started the next one, I've been so busy lately it ain't funny.. lol Its my weekend off work and I got mon, tues, and Wednesday to!! Yeah!! I'm so ready for a few days off, I just hope nobody don't need me..
