Up a little this morning, I had my treat for a while. I had 4 beers and I did have a tiny slice of tuckers birthday cake and a tiny slice of cheese cake, I figured it would be worse, so that's good.. Now back to my 20 carbs a day..

Skelley, no I never count calories, only net carbs.. Seems like to much work doing that, lol That's the thing I love about Atkins!!
Do you count calories or just carbs as well??

Candy I do count calories also I tried doing net carbs and wasn't losing and when I counted my calories I was eating way too much like 1800 calories seems like if I get above 1350 I gain I'm not sure if it's because I did a low calorie diet for so long or not but I sure would love not having to count calories

Okay now I don't know what caused me to gain 1 lb because I did really good yesterday but also did a lot of yard work mowing and raking so maybe it's my muscles retaining water!!!

Way to go smith!! good job!! Skelley, im gaining to, I guess im still paying for the 4th of july treats.. Maybe tomorrow will be better for us both.. I got another Birthday party to head out to this evening, my oldest grandson turns 10 today. I think... lol I can't keep up with the ages of them all...

I don't have the slightest idea what happened here.... I ate on plan foods, and I didn't eat as much as I usually do.. Oh well its not stopping me from continuing on, maybe tomorrow will be better...
