just wondering is this slow typical for induction. i started at 228 and have been on plan whole time with exception of some crystal light one day. or does it slow down as i get older...any thoughts

Hello, I want to join this challenge if it is not already over. Authentic, did you just win this? It looks like you are doing great!

Mom- my husband did atkins a few years ago. He had no real results for over two weeks and then, BAM..... He lost 5 lbs per week for 4 or 5 weeks in a row. He had to concentrate on eating more fat. He had been eating a lot of chicken and lean meats, he switched to more fats and it worked. Or it might have just taken longer for his body to respond.

this is a 5 lb challenge and it looks like you are way over that so yes you won time to start a new thread I will wait until you get it up to post... if your not sure what to say you can copy and paste the first one from this thread and name it "lose 5 pounds first challenge #60"

I didn't get enough water in yesterday so I'll be working to reverse that today and hope to get a whoosh by mid week. Hope everyone is having a good start to their week.
