Ok, so I'm guessing this was TOM related, but my hungry stage from Monday continued, bringing anxiety and grumpiness. Eventually I caved and got a chocolate frosty. I meant to feel guilty about it, but it was completely delicious and totally worth it. I'm back on the wagon today. Amazingly enough I'm back down to my lowest again.

Sue, I would love to but it seems I have bounced off the whoosh train and on to the YOYO circuit again lol

Kathy, yes as you see it is always a YOYO but it is not the days that matter it is the week as a whole that will be a better picture.
