Well I've been holding off posting my weight until I was sure it wasn't going to rebound from the virus. But I was actually down a little more today which puts me 1.4 lbs under my 5 lb goal. I've upped my water intake from about 40 oz to 70 oz starting Thursday night and I think that has really made the difference.
Sarah you did wonderful on your vacation, and I noticed those 2 lbs were gone today. Thats awesome!
Sue I can tell you've really got your head back into the "game"!
