Haha...Believe me Sue, I am trying to kick the 240's to the curb! I'm slowly but surely getting there. The scales at the Ymca actually weigh me 1.8 lbs less than my home scales, so by theirs, I am there. But I am doing this with my home scales since I don't weigh at the Y everyday. Thanks for the encouragement! Glad the cookie weight finally went away

WOW I am in me Whoosh week already (1 week early).. my grief week gains are gone (tho my heart is still hurting)...

woo hoo after a few days at 198 I am down another lb at 197 which makes 20 in total for 1 month 1 week!

Sue, I'm so happy to see you moving through your grief instead of stuffing it down with carbs. That's a huge victory in my book!

Brooklyn, 20 pounds! You go girl. Great accomplishment!

Sarah, huge kudos on 5 months! I hope you're very proud of yourself!

Mara, there are times when I'm really happy to hold steady. You'll see a drop!

I was 154 in January, so I have to remember that I'm making progress. I just want back to my 2012 range of 143-145. Then downward! I'm a month off wheat and grains. Cravings have definitely subsided.

Thanks ladies. I did not do good this weekend. I am letting the work stress be an excuse to over indulge.

NSV though. I decide to go buy a new pair of jeans that I could wear to work for casual Fridays. The ones I have barely stayed on and if it rained then the bottom of the legs would get really heavy from the puddles and I would have to hold them up. I fit into a 16! It was a little tight, but this way I can wear them for a bit before buying more.
