YAY Sum!!!!

Me no posting.. My new scale is being wakkadoodle! from 251.8 to 254.2 and 3 in between... LOL I think my cats musta played on it last night.... Need to get a big board to put under it (It rests on my bathroom tile floor)

but..... my old scale read 236.5 which woulda be darn good! (Lowest ever on this 9 month journey so far!)

Nothing new to report - my clothes are much looser but the scale is not moving....I am 22 pounds from my realistic goal weight...just writing is to remind myself of where I am!!!

Hi Lulu.... Had a coupla bad days (lonely) at home... so ate.. ate all my Reeses and feel icky and the scale is showing it.. 256.8 this morning. So all my losses are out the window. sigh... starting over.. Just kinda feel like eh and need a kick in the head and butt again....

SUM you are doing sooooooo well! I am so glad for you! Hooray!

Okay... I have 5 days to lose at least what I had just regained.. (4.8 lbs) I hope I can... won't be near my goal.. but I will be down to 252 or 251.8... That is what my sight is on... So sorry I disappeared...

Still here! weighing in at 170 this morning....work was a terrible, terrible...I can't even think of a noun that would come close to describe it. I had a moment to breath and found that life isn't that hard. I ran 3 miles today, found a little roadrunner outside cheering me on today. LOL....I picked up some good metabolism vitamins from GNC and grabbed a basket full of veggies from the store.

BigBird - How are things going?

The scale hasn't moved but the pants are very loose!! My mom now wants to read about Atkins - gonna let her read my book. I now wear clothes she can't fit into so I think that motivated her to research. She eats high carb but "healthy" not fast food not sure she will adopt this plan.
