YAY Smith... No more 170's They are in the rear view mirror!...
Lulu... you will get there (outta the 180's) next week I bet!!!

SUM ... I am so sorry you are not feeling well ... Not good... BUT HOLY MOLY!! Look at that scale!... Get better soon and hang onto that number (or lower!) Yay!!

Me... Down a scooch... 253.4 (instead of .6) LOL but still 2+ lbs higher than Sunday. Don't know why...

Oh but you are still Lower SUM!... That water will do away!

I lost 1.2 lbs.. hooray.. Almost down to my lowest from Sunday... 252.2... Going lower this week! ggrrrrrrrrr I have my blinders on and moving forward! LOL

Still hanging out at 182!!! Yesterday was the most beautiful walking weather ever!! I walked in the afternoon and there was a slight breeze and the leaves are absolutely beautiful!! My mom and my aunt from Florida are coming over on Saturday planning a BBQ might make some more faux-tato salad!!

Did I tell everyone that I got rid of two more bags of clothes last weekend? I cleaned out all my work suits/coats/etc. I have always kept "back up" clothes but not this time. I have had to buy some "in between clothes" and I'm not sure what my final size will be when I'm 25-30 pounds lighter. Right now I'm very close to where I was the first time I did Atkins (178) but body-wise I'm in better shape and wearing the right size clothes. When I told my sister I got rid of clothes she reminded me to stop buying clothes that were too big for me!! It's an old habit I'm trying to let go of......True Confession: never been comfortable with people looking at me or looking attractive.
